Tre didn't care where he ended up running to but he had to leave. He couldn't believe Mel, his best friend had lied to him. He ran and ran until he made it to the cliff had been sitting on days before.
The thought of jumping seemed more tempting and inviting than ever. He looked down at the waves, they were taunting him telling him he couldn't jump. He just looked down at them, it seemed so easy.

Shit Mel thought as she fell off of her skateboard. She looked down at her leg, it was bleeding pretty bad and she wasn't sure she could move it.
"Hey are you alright" said a boy who looked a little older than her.
"Umm I think my leg is broken" said Mel staring into the deep blue eyes of her rescuer.
"I'll help you up" said Tre wrapping his arms under her body and picking her up effortlessly.
"Do you think you need to go to the hospital?" he asked in a concerned voice.
"No, its ok I can put wait on it" said Mel trying to rest her foot on the floor, she nearly fell over but Tre caught up and hoisted her back into his arms.
"I'm taking you to the hospital" said Tre.
He carried her all the way there and stayed there with her until she had been bandaged up, her leg had been severly sprained.
Tre had helped her home and had stayed the night to make sure she was Ok.
Ever since then they had been inseperable, they had always been there for eachoter through the bad and good always by eachothers side,

Tre had loved her from the moment he had first layed his eyes upon her, but at the time he was confused and sure he couldn't feel love at such a young age.
But as time had gone on his feelings grew deeper and he was sure of his love for her now. Little did he know, she had felt the same way since she had met him.
Mel had always loved Tre and she had always known it, but was tired of hiding it from him and needed to tell him.
Tre stared into the blue sea bellow him, it would be easy he thought, I'll just jump and it will be over, no more pain.
Mel won't care, she would laugh at me if she knew how I felt, the thought of Mel laughing at him made Tre even more determined to jump.
