The Titleless Story, chapter 14
"What?" Joey turned to look at me and I scratched the back of my head. I did not want to answer that. "Your telling me that Nikki has a sister that you used to date?" he shook his head and ran a hand threw his hair. "And your calling me stupid?" he slapped his hand to his forehead.
"That's because you are stupid Joey," Jason spat. Joey ran over and hit him right across the face.
"This does not concern you damnit," he yelled pointing in his face. Lindsey covered her mouth with her hands and stepped back a couple of feet. Jason pushed Joey away from him and stood there looking from him to Lindsey.
"What do you mean? Of coarse I'm involved! You fucking left her dumbstruck and crying her life out!" he shouted. Joey snickered and turned to look at Lindsey, but looked at Ceira when she started yelling again.
"And you Trey! Why didn't you tell me that you were moochin' my sis?" she yelled in my face. I took a step back and she stepped forward. Again she slapped me, harder than before. Joey looked in shock as Nikki, Minni and Brandon entered as well.
"Ceira! What are you doing?" Nikki screamed running towards me and helping me up.
>Joey's POV<
Why now? More people to get involved in this. They didn't need to get hurt as much as they already were. I took a deep breath and looked at Lindsey. She didn't say anything. She just stood there emotionless, fearing the most.
"Nikki! Why didn't you tell me you were dating him?" Ceira yelled at Nikki. Trey pulled Nikki back, but she pulled her arm away.
"I thought that he had told you already," she quietly said looking at Trey with question. He stepped back and looked down with guilt.
"You didn't you tell her? Why not Trey? She is your ex!" she yelled leaning to one side. He bit his lip and quivered his mouth.
"This all too confusing," Jason started. I turned to look at him. "I didn't even know you were related! For crying out loud Ceira, why didn't you say anything when Lindsey was telling her life story?" he asked gesturing things with his hands.
"It doesn't matter anymore Jason," she started. She clearly wanted something to be stopped from being said.
"Why doesn't it matter? You fucking cheated on me Ceira! Why wouldn't I just go and find someone better?" Trey spat at her.
"She's just ashamed because she cheated on some guy named Frank! Wait... " Jason stopped and turned to Lindsey. Everybody widened their eyes.
"I'm so sorry Lindsey, when you told me about him, I totally regretted it. I swear." She trailed and Trey interrupted her.
"You're telling me that you used to go out with Lindsey's attacker?" he asked taking a step closer. "And your yelling at me?" he hit his forehead with his hand and turned around. He was always like this when he was frustrated.
"You know, now I hate you even more Ceira," I sighed. She dropped her head in realization.
"It seems as though everybody's linked together somehow. I mean, Jason has always loved Lindsey," she paused and Jason shifted his feet. "Joey has too, but fucked up," I sighed and looked down at my feet, but slightly at Lindsey. "Lindsey was almost drowned my Frank," she gulped hard before she continued. "Who we both used to be with." Lindsey shifted her eyes between Ceira and me. "Trey used to date me, then found out about me cheating, but didn't know who, and left for Nikki my sister." She started sobbing with guilt in her eyes. "And now Lindsey's pregnant." Minni nodded and bit her lip. "But Minni already knew that Lindsey was pregnant with someone else's baby... "
"SHUT UP!" Lindsey shouted at the top of her lungs. All our attention directed towards her. She sniffed back the tears and held her arms to her chest vertically.
"Just stop it. Stop it. I don't want to hear it anymore! It's all a lie! The truth is that the baby is yours Joey!" Lindsey shouted. I looked at her with tears in my eyes. I was so selfish. I was so stupid to think that she had cheated on me. She broke down and fell to her knees. She put her face in her hands and cried her life out. I ran over and held her in my arms. I held her like I was afraid to let go.
"When I saw you that night Joey, I was so scared. I was so scared that the baby was yours, and you were like that." She cried in my arms. It was muffled slightly, but I understood.
"Don't worry Lindsey, I'm here now. I'm here."

>Ceira's POV<
After all the commotion, I headed home. I past the culdesac that the "happy couples" lived and shook my head and rolled my eyes at how "perfect" their life seemed to be. I drove into my driveway and walked up the steps to my house. I remembered I had left it open. Big mistake. When I opened the door and turned on the light, I saw Frank sitting in my comfy chair with a gun in his hand. He smiled like a mad man and I dropped my purse in shock. He stood up and cocked his head to one side.
"Goodbye," he whispered. He raised the gun and pointed it to me.
>Trey's POV<
"I don't know how things are going to work out Nikki," I started. She sighed and I put and arm around her. She leaned against me and we continued walking down the side- walk of our neighborhood.
"I don't either Trey, I'm so scared that someone's going to get hurt," just as she said that, we saw two cop cars zoom right past us.
"What the?" I asked pulling my arm away.
"Trey, they're headed towards Ceira's street!" Nikki screamed and ran down the sidewalk. I caught up with her and saw that she had tears dripping down her face. I grasped onto her hand and we ran all the way to Ceira's street.
"Oh my god, Trey, look," Nikki stopped as we neared all the commotion. We walked up and saw five police officers standing in Ceira's front yard. Her door was wide open and lights were on inside. I held Nikki close and she broke down. I was almost as shocked as she was when a stretcher came out with a black cloth pulled over a body.

>Nikki's POV<
I was tossing in my sleep that night. It had been two whole months since Ceira was murdered. Two weeks earlier, Frank was arrested and put to death. It was over for us, but the drama was only beginning. Trey and I were slowly drifting apart and Joey was having panic attacks. Lindsey was now five months pregnant with a little baby girl, and that was probably the only happy thing in our twisted lives. Even Brandon and Minni were drifting. It saddened me how this effected them as well. Every time we got together, we hardly talked.
I awoke in a cold sweat. I sat strait up in bed and gasped for air. Trey opened his eyes from slumber and sighed silently.
"Not again Nikki," he whined. I put my head on my knees and started crying to my self. He sat up and held me close like the previous two nights. He ran his hands threw my hair and sighed.
"Nikki, this is starting to get out of control," he sighed. I gasped and cried harder. I saw out of the corner of my eye that he rolled his eyes. I backed away and sat on the edge of the bed.
"Trey, if you don't love me anymore, you can tell me," I held my arms around me tightly, afraid of the answer.
"Nikki," he whispered. His hand was warm and timid. Scared as I was, I didn't care that he was nervous.
"Every time I talk to you, I'm afraid that you're going to break my heart by telling me you don't love me anymore." I whispered loudly threw my tears. He moved to sit beside me.
"What? Why would you think that?" he asked putting a hand on mine.
"Because, you get annoyed every time that I'm upset. And you he'sitate to hold me too. You never tell me that you love me anymore, or hardly talk to me in the first place." I hunched over and put my face in my hands. I was trembling and so scared of what the outcome of this was going to be.
"That's not true Nikki," he whispered. I stood up and turned to face him. He eyed me weirdly and sighed.
"Then why did you roll your eyes right there? You sounded really annoyed when I woke you up as well. Your really starting to sound like Joey, I mean talking before you think," I said trying to keep back the tears.
"Do you even care that I do comfort you Nikki?" he asked pulling the blankets off of him. I stepped back and leaned against the dresser.
"It's just... Trey, I don't know... " I was stuttering again. He was starting to scare me. He had this look in his eyes that terrified me. I breathed in deeply as he stood up.
"What do you mean Nikki? You don't care that I'm here constantly for you?" he took a step closer to me. "I'm always there Nikki, and you cant even appreciate that?" he let out and impish smirk and stepped closer to me. I backed into the dresser and it knocked over a container of photos, one of them exposing a picture of Trey with me in his arms.
"... Trey, your scaring me, Trey," I felt the tears streaking my cheeks. I stared at him with pleading eyes. Why was he like this? It scared me to death.
"Why? What reason do you have to be scared?" he stepped forward so he was inches away from my face. He put a hand on my cheek and I started shaking. It burnt my face to the touch. Without thinking, I pushed him off and slapped him across the face. He stumbled back and I ran for the door. Before jumping threw the doorway, he grabbed my wrist and threw me against the wall.
"Trey! What is wrong with you?" I screamed in his face. He tensed up in realization of what he was doing. He released my wrist and he fell to the floor guiltily.
"... I'm so sorry Nikki," his muffled words went right threw me. There was no excuse for what he did, and he knew it. I slipped away from his room and walked down stairs slowly.

>Brandon's POV<
Who would be knocking at the door at this time of night, or morning? Either way, I was sleeping. Minni rolled over and yawned before drifting off again.
"I'll get it," I said yawning as well. I got up and sat on the edge of the bed for a second. From the corner of my eye, I looked at Minni for a moment to make sure she was asleep. I scratched the back of my head and shook it to wake myself up. I sat up and walked down the stairs. I didn't really care how I looked. It was who ever was at the door that had to deal with a half asleep guy answering the door in his boxers. I sighed and ran a hand threw my hair as I unlocked the door and opened it.
"Nikki, what are you doing here," Right in front of me stood a crying Nikki, trembling in fear. She raised a hand to her face and exposed a giant bruise on her wrist. I grabbed her inside and shut the door. She trembled to the couch and sat there with her head in her hands.
"Nikki, what happened? And where is Trey?" I asked, as Minni emerged from the stairs with her sweater wrapped around her tight. Nikki looked up and bit her lip.
"I don't know what's wrong with him, he really scared me, and then he... " she started, but by the end of her sentence, she burst out crying. I looked down at her wrist and sat down.
"Nikki, did he... Did he do that?" I asked pointing at the bruise on her wrist. She sniffled and nodded slowly. Minni covered her mouth with her hand and stepped back.
"Why would he do something like that to you... " her sentence was cut short by Joey jumping threw the door, struggling to catch his breath.
"... Go, now... Hospital... Lindsey... " he wasn't making much sense, but with the words Lindsey and hospital combined, it wasn't good.
"What happened Joey?" Minni asked helping him stand up strait.
"I don't know... She just fainted, while we were talking, and I took her to the hospital, but they wouldn't tell me anything. But, we have to get there fast." He shook Minni off and looked at Nikki in question.
"What's wrong with her," he asked stupidly. I shook my head and sighed.
"No time, let's go." I stood up and got dressed quickly and we all packed into my car.
"So you have no idea what's wrong?" I asked drumming my fingers on the steering wheel, waiting for the light to change.
"Exactly." he sighed. It was hard for him. He had lost her to many times now, and he wasn't about to let her go again. Minni put a reassuring hand on his shoulder. He gave a weak smile, but went right back to being fascinated with his shoes.
"Don't get your boxers in a tangle dude, everything will be alright." I smirked at my useless remark.
"Brandon, can I tell you something?" he asked making me turn to him for a second before directing my attention back to the road.
"What? You aren't going to tell me you're a Billie are you?" Minni started cracking up at the fact I had used one of her words.
"Brandon, you haven't used our lingo for a long time!" she said in between laughs. Joey rolled his eyes then sighed a "no".
"No, you stupid," he started. I stopped laughing so I could hear him.
"Do you think the baby will be alright?" this made Minni and Nikki stop laughing as well. I sighed and shrugged as we turned into the hospital parking lot.
"I don't know either," he said opening the door.
"That's because you are stupid Joey," Jason spat. Joey ran over and hit him right across the face.
