Fame, Fortune, and Green Day, chapter 10
Only one more week left... Laura thought. She was really enjoying her honeymoon and hoped that it would never end. They were having a blast, and acting like little kids. Mike was walking around wearing a top hat with Mickey Mouse ears, and Laura was wearing a veil with Minnie Mouse ears, since they were the newlyweds. Bee and Billie too were wearing Minnie and Mickey Mouse ears, as was Danielle and Avi. Tre however, being the oddball that he is, was walking around sporting a Little Mermaid Tiara on his head, and carrying around a Tinkerbell wand, occasionally going up to random people and tapping them on the head with the wand while shouting "POOF... You're a poodle." After about the millionth time he did this to Bee she finally grabbed the wand and smacked him.
"Jeeeeeeze Bee. What'd ya do that for?"
"I love you to death, but you were driving me bananas Tre." she said, patting him on the head, and giving him back his wand.
"GIIIIIIIFFFFTTTT SHOOOOOP!" Laura shouted. She bolted for the entrance and everyone followed closely behind. Bee walked in and stopped dead, causing Billie to bump into her.
"OMIGOD! TINKERBELL. TINKERBELL EVERYWHERE!" she yelled. She grabbed Billie's hand and ran over to one of the displays, grabbing a basket as she went. She piled things into her little basket. Tinkerbell pajamas, Tinkerbell picture frame... Perfect for the picture of me and Billie in front of Cinderella's castle... Tinkerbell flip flops, bedroom slippers, coffee mug, necklace, charm bracelet, purse, tote, and t-shirts.
"Ok. I'm done. What can I get for Jake and Joey?" she asked Billie.
"I don't know. Whaetever you want..." he said. "As long as it isn't Tinkerbell." he added giving her a playful smile. They were walking around shoving even more stuff into the basket, this time for Jake and Joey.
"You can't tell me what to do, you can't tell me who to be... You can't make me live like you, why don't you set me free."
Bee looked at Billie wide eyed. "Is that...?" her voice trailed off
"Yep. That's it." he said. She handed him the basket full of stuff and went to fin Laura.
"OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD!" she heard coming toward her before she was ten feet away from Billie Joe. It was Laura. She ran up to Bee and gave her a hug. Then Bee and Laura ran up to Avi to give her a hug, but seeing as Avi didn't like to be touched she started to twitch. Bee and Laura then proceeded to hug Billie, Mike, and Tre. Tre got overly excited and grabbed some poor old woman who happened to be passing by and hugged her too. By the time the it was over they had checked out already, spending over $800. They all agreed that they should buy champagne and go back to the room and celebrate. Billie grabbed Bee's hand and led her out of the gift shop. She was sobbing hysterically (tears of joy obviously) and she, and Laura too, seemed to be in shock. He put his arm around her to comfort her. After walking a little ways Laura finally spoke.
"Hey Bee."
"Uh huh."
"Was... Was that?"
"Yeap"
"That was our song on the radio?"
"That was our song on the radio." Bee said nodding her head and grinning retardedly despite her tears. "Our song on the radio..."
