Anything But Ordinary, chapter 1
[Think of each chapter as an episode. This story is just buncha shit that I put together, and it's just something that I'm writing here and there. It's dealing with the lives of Tre, Mike, BJ's family, and Jason... And maybe some random characters here and there. Enjoy. ]
-SCATTERED-
I've Got Some Scattered Pictures Lying On My Bedroom Floor.
Reminds Me Of The Times We Shared.
Makes Me Wish That You Were Here...
"Hello?"
"Hey Adri! How's it going?"
"OH hey, baby! I miss you soooo much!"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Hey, we had an awesome concert last night! I mean... This crowd was going nuts!"
"Awesome! I wish you'd be home soon..." Adrienne said sadly.
"Yeah. OH! Hahahaha, and Tre accidently threw one of his drumsticks, and it hit one of the technicians on the head! HA! Whew you shoulda seen it! OH MAN! We're going to Las Vegas for a performance tomorrow! Tre's gonna go nuts!"
"Billie, I-"
"Well, I gotta get going... Nearly at the stadium for our concert! Wish me luck! Love ya, bye! OH, and tell the kids I send my love!" *click*
"Love you, too..." Adrienne said sadly to beeping tone of the phone. She sighed and hung up the phone. She thought to herself, "Have fun in Las Vegas on my 33rd birthday... (note: haven't bothered to look up her real age, sry for inconvience).
Adrienne sat on her bedroom floor, with two sons under each arm.
"Hoppy burthdey, Ma!" Jakob said with his childish accent.
"Happy birthday!" Joey said afterwords. Adrienne squeezed them tightly.
"Here's your purresent!" Jakob said, and handed his mother a big package.
"Thank you guys," and then said under her breath, "At least someone cares..."
She unwrapped the present to find a scrapbook. Tears rolled down her face.
"We weren't able to finish all the pictures, Mommy..." Joey said disappointed.
"Well... We can spread the pictures out, and we can make some pages together," she said wiping the tears, and kissing her sons on the forehead.
Some pictures were of the kids as babies, and some were of Adri and Billie when they were young. Picking up a picture of their wedding day, Adrienne stared deeply into the picture. Jakob crawled on her lap and asked, "Where's Daddy?"
"In Las Vegas..." Adrienne said trying to keep her composure.
"Oh..." said speechless Jakob, "But I thought..."
"SHUT UP!" Joey snapped quickly.
"WHAT?!" Adrienne said shocked.
"Nothing," Joey said quickly not making eye contact with his mom.
"NOTHING?!"
Suddenly, darkness shaded Adrienne's eyes, and she heard a low whisper.
"That's right... Nothing..."
"BILLIE?!" Adrienne screamed. Billie's hands were covering her eyes, and she quickly pushed them away, and turned to hug Billie's leg.
"Umm... This is an odd way of being greeted, but uh... Love you too?" Billie laughed.
Adrienne rose up from the floor, and embraced her husband.
"Happy birthday, 80. I love you."
"OH BILLIE!" but then she pushed away and looked concerned, "What about your performance in Las Vegas?!"
"Hahahaha, I lied..." Billie said rolling his eyes up innoncently. Adrienne slightly punched him, and kissed him.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Mike said loudly.
"HAAAAAAAAAAAAPY BIRTHDAY! HA! I said it louder!" Tre exclaimed.
