The Best Day Ever, chapter 6
Well, after Dollyworld we went back to the hotel and messed around. Then Tre said, "Who's up for pizza?" Then me, Maggie, and Richard said at the same time, "WE DO WE DO WE DO!" "Ok, ok, calm down you fuckers. Billie Joe, you want veggie pizza right?" "Well duh," he replied, "you would catch me dead eating meat." Then Tre gave him a 'grrr' type of look as he picked up the phone. When the pizza arrived, me and Richard dove for the door. "God dammit Richard move!" "No, you move." We sat the trying to push each other. While we were doing that Billie Joe got up and answered the door. "What's that all about?" asked the pizza dude. "They're just starving so they're trying to get the pizza before the other." he replied. "Oh ok. That's $15. 99." "Mike do you have 2 extra bucks?" "Yea here." he said handing him the money. "Thanks dude. Here ya go." "Thanks a lot sir." "please don;t call me sir, call me Billie Joe." "Alright... Billie Joe." He closed the door and me and Richard grabbed the top pizza and started shoving down our throats. "Geez slow down guys, you're acting like you haven't eaten in 2 months." Tre said. "Well we are freaks for pizza and it seems like we haven't had it in forerver." Richard said.
I on my way out the door to go get soda for everyone when Tre stopped me and said, "Hey I'm coming with you." "No you're not, I'm going with her. Last time you went with her it took a half an hour to get back." Mike said. "Well I was bored last time, geez, I watching you." Tre said with a angry look. Me and Mike were walking down the hall talking about how Tre is completely crazy when all these girls ran up to Mike and asked for an autograph. One girl was standing there at a hotel door with a shy and scared look on her face. We could both tell that she wasa fan but she just wasn't in with the other girls going crazy. So I told Mike to sign a shirt and I would go give it to her. "Hey, what's wrong?" I asked the girl. "I want an autograph but I don't know if I could get one or not because I am a shy person." "Well here. I had Mr. Dirnt sign this for you since we could tell you were a fan and all." I said as I gave her the shirt. "Thanks, I have to go show my mom!" she said in excitement and gave me a hug. She ran to tell her mom. I looked at Mike to see if we could bring her with us and he nodded his head. I knocked on her door and said, "Hey, me and Mike are gonna grab some sodas for us and the rest of the guys back in our room. You wanna come with us and meet the rest of them?" "OH MY GOD! Are you serious?! I have wanted to meet them for so long! Just let me tell my mom real quick!" she said in excitement. Then we she came back I was like, "What's your name?" "Jessie." she responded. "Well it seems that you know Mike already, so my name is Ciarra." "Nice to meet you."
Then the three of us went down the hall to go get the soda and when we all walked back into the door Billie Joe asked, "Now, WHAT took you so long?" "Bunch of crazed fans wanting autographs," he replied. "Who's your little friend?" Tre said grinning. "Her name is Jessie and no Tre you can not take her to your room and be alone with her." "What?! Why not? She looks just fun." "Because we know you Tre. We know your type of fun and it's not fun 24/7 for all of us. So get used to it." Then Tre sunk in the couch and gave me this pouty look. "What is his type of fun? I haven't really read much about him." "His type of fun is fucking people all the time. So don't ever be left alone with him." "Oh, ok." Then she smiled at him.
We all sat down and watched a movie and I fell asleep on Tre's lap. Jessie and Billie Joe were the only ones who were still awake. When they looked at everybody they laughed. Then Jessie laughed even harder when she saw me and Tre. Then Billie Joe turned the T. V. Off and then said, "You want me to walk you to your room." "Yea. I mean if you really want to?" "I don't mind. Really. Plus I was on my way out anyway. Gonna get some more soda. And maybe something to snack on." "Ok." They walked out the door and a man came out of the door next to Jessie's room holding a gun. He then pointed it at Billie Joe and said, "Give me the girl and nobody get's hurt!" "Billie Joe! Help me!" she said as she hid behind Billie Joe. "Leave the kid alone." Then the man walked off and went into the elevator. Then Billie Joe grabbed Jessie and took her to her room as quickly and as quietly as possible and told her to lock the door. Then he ran back to the room and woke everybody up. "What's going on?" I said sleepily. "Someone is in the buliding and he was trying to get Jessie. He was threatning me with a gun. We have to tell the main clerk downstaires." He said as he was getting the rest of the people up. Then we snuck downstaries and told the clerk who called the police and locked all the doors with steel bars.
