It Started Like a Normal Day, chapter 1
It started like a normal day, Krystal talking about Tre Cool, and how "cool" he is, and me Kayla, having to sit there and listen to her "bight" ideas, of how she was going to marry Tre Cool. Well after Krystal was done talking about that, we found a radio stash that had a big thing on Green Day.
Well we sat and listen to the song she, a man with an overly loud voice came on and said, "We have four Green Day tickets and backstage passes, and if you are the first person to tell me what Billie-Joes nickname was in high school you can win these tickets and passes." "If you think you know what it is please call us at 473-3632. "As soon as Krystal heard that she grabbed the phone like there was tomorrow, and dialed the number, at first it was busy, so Krystal called again, and this time she got throw after the song time of your life. Then the man asked Krystal if she knew what Billie Joe's nickname in high school was, and she yelled to "two dollar bill." That's...... RIGHT," the man yelled loudly into the phone. "Now that you have won these Green day tickets and backstage passes what are you going to do?" "I'm going to go see Green Day," Krystal yelled with out think. "Yes," the man said. "When you're ready, come down and pick up your tickets at the fair ground, I just need your name." "KRYSTAL," she yelled. "Ok see you soon Krystal," the man said. "Now let's get back to more Green Day," the man said well King for a day was playing in the background.
It tock about two minuets before we could say anything, then the phone started to ring breaking the silents. It was Sarah, she was yelling into the phone and we could hardly understand a word she was saying till she combed down and talked normally.
PHONE WITH SARAH AND KRYSTAL
Sarah: "Holy I can't believe that you just won those Green Day passes!"
Krystal: "Oh, I know, I can't even believe it." Krystal yelled in to the phone.
Krystal: "Well I'm off to the fair grounds to pick up my tickets. Bye"
Sarah: "Bye."
AT THE FAIR GROUNDS
"I hope we can find where to get those tickets," I said, as Krystal was running around like her head was cut off! "So do I," Krystal said loudly. Then out of nowhere a man with a very bold voice asked me if Krystal was ok. "Yah I think so," as the man looked at Krystal like she had two head, then he asked me if we where the girls who won the Green Day tickets. "Yup that's us," Krystal yelled well jumping everywhere. "Well here you go," the man said well handing the tickets to me. But the out of nowhere Krystal jumped by and tock the tickets and started to run for her car. "You better wait Krystal!" I yelled well running after her.
When I got in to the car Krystal wasn't talking, and this scared me because Krystal never ever stopped talking. "Krystal are you ok?" "Please, say something." I demeaned. "Ok, now I can marry Tre Cool!" "WHAT!?!?!" I yelled. Well Krystal being her normal self, stopped and said it again slowly. "Now I can marry Tre Cool." I know what you said," I snapped back at Krystal. "Holy," Krystal yelled. "Are you having a Billie Joe moment?" "No!" I said back confused. "Well it share does seem like it, Krystal said jokingly.
THAT NIGHT AT 8:30
"Well how are we going to get to California? Are we going to tack my car or you car, and we have two tickets left who's coming with as?" I sat there and continued rumbled on about it. "Well we will tack your car Kayla, because mine will not fit four people in it, and the two other people that are coming is Sarah and Rylee. "Ok, well I'm going home I'll be back in two day to pick you up and then we will get Sarah and Rylee, "Ok?" That sounds good to me" Krystal said. "See you then. Bye."
TWO DAYS LATER
ROAD TRIP
BBBEEEPPP! "Krystal get out here," I yell. "Ok I'm coming," Krystal yelled well walking up to the car with a huge suit case. "Holy, do you have your whole room in there Krystal?" I asked jokingly. "Yup," Krystal said trying not to smile. "Well get in, so we can go get Sarah." "Ok." "Wait do you have the tickets." I Asked. "Yup, now let's go." Krystal said.
FIVE MINUTES LATER AT SARAH'S
When we pulled up to Sarah driveway she was sitting there waiting for us. As soon as she saw us, she ran up to the car, and opened the door. As soon as she opened the door Krystal suit case fell on the ground. Sarah being her self asked Krystal if she had enough here. "Yup she said". After Sarah had put her and Krystal suit case in the trunk, she got back into the car and handed me something. "What is that for?" I asked, confused. It's Green Day but it in. "No!" Krystal yelled put mine in. "Ok," well now we have to get Rylee. So sit down, and put the music on.
10 MINUNTS LATER AT RYLEE'S
"Rylee where here hurry up." Krystal and Sarah yelled over the music. Two minutes went by and still Rylee had not come out to the car so, Me and Krystal went to find out what was tacking her so long. "Rylee are you ready." Krystal yelled, well walking into Rlyee's house. When Krystal and I got into the house it was a mess. It looked like a tornado hit it, the way the pictures where falling off the walls and everything was everywhere. As Krystal and I walked around they could here a soft cry coming from Rylee's bedroom. "Rylee are you ok? ' Krystal asked well walking in to her room. "No Rylee said with out crying. "Why what happened," I asked Rylee, "my boyfriend just left me and made a mess out of the house." Then Krystal jumped in and told Rylee to look on the good side you can still go see Green Day. "Yah I Guess so," Rylee said well standing up. "Ok," Krystal said now get ready.
FIVE MINUTES LATER
Rylee had got all her stuff together. Then I made shear that everyone had everything they need, and then left with out looking back.
TEN
HOURS LATER
"Oh my god, did you see those guys?" Krystal asked Sarah well yelling over the music. "No where are they?" Sarah asked well sticking her hade out the window. "Right there in that blue car!" Krystal pointed out to Sarah. "Oh I see them now, there not that good looking." Sarah said well laughing at Krystal. "Kayla, honk the horn so the guys will look back at us," Krystal yelled at me. "Ok but just this once." I said well beeping the horn, and trying not to laugh. As Krystal said, the guys did look back to see why we where honking at them, and as soon as Krystal saw them she scrammed and said, "Those are the MOST, ugliest guys I have ever seen." And the car filled with everyone laughing.
Once everyone was done laughing at Krystal we went to MacDonald to eat. But before we got out we agreed to meet back at the car in five minutes and then choose who would drive for the night. Before we even left the car Krystal yelled out that she wanted to drive. We all said yes, but there is on one, conduction. "What Krystal asked," looking more confused then ever. You can't hit anything. "You know I won't, besides the only thing I have ever hit was a pigeon, and that was an evil bird so that doesn't count." Krystal explained to me. "Ok now be back at the car in five," see you then I yelled.
FIVE MINUINTS LATER AT THE CAR
"Holy everyone's her but Sarah," Rylee said madly.
"Where have she gone?" Krystal asked.
"Who knows, its way to dark out to see her, and everything is closing." I said.
"Well I think we should leave with out her." Krystal said with a big grain on her face.
"Yes that would be funny but we can not just leave Sarah out here. "I snapped back at Krystal.
Then out of nowhere Sarah jumped up from behind the car, asking everybody what she has miss? "Nothing," Krystal snapped back at Sarah. "Now get into the car, we have a long night ahead of us.
NEXT DAY AROUND NOON
"Who's hungry?" Krystal yelled well waking up Sarah. "I am," yelled Rylee and Sarah who was still looking kind of confused. "Ok then, we will stop and get food soon." Krystal told the two. "Ok I have found the place go pick the food go get what you want and be back here as fast as you can, because we are running low on time," "oh, yah Kayla you get to drive the rest of the way." "Ok?" Krystal asked, but was also telling me she had to. "Ok," I yelled back. About five minuets later, everyone was back in the car ready to go. And all you could hear was Green Day playing in the car as the left.
ABOUT 11:30 PM
"Were here," I yell over the overly loud music. "Good it's about time we got here." Krystal said as if we where lost for like two weeks.
"Now to find our hotel Rylee said. Well looking around.
"Krystal, you did remember to book our hotel rooms right." I asked Krystal.
"No." Krystal looked back at me.
"What do you mean NO?" I snapped at Krystal.
"I mean no, like I didn't do it, like I forgot."
"I can't believe this. I yelled well trying to drive.
Then out of nowhere a big smile came over Krystal's face. Like she knew something I didn't.
"What are you smiling about?" I asked Krystal with a confused look on her face.
"I remembered that I did book the hotel." Krystal said well laughing.
"All that for nothing I should bet you Krystal, but I won't" I said jokingly.
