Who wrote Holden Caulfield?, chapter 1

Billie Joe looked up from his letter. The street was right, but he couldn't find the number. He held up the paper, shielding his eyes from the glaring sunlight. Billie Joe stopped a moment to glance around at the people walking down the sidewalk. A jogger to his left, two fat men to his right, and a girl walking her dog directly in front of him. The dog growled at him as it trotted past. Billie sighed. It seemed like everyone was against him this week. Still, this was one of his better days. The house number was 94, and behold, it was there at the corner of the street. He smiled. This was the one. Having the house in full sight made him feel lighter, and gave him the energy to run the last few meters to the driveway. He went up to the front door, bit his lip, and pushed the little white doorbell button. Billie could hear the sound ringing from outside. There were the sounds of someone running down the stairs, and unlocking the door. You could cut the tension with a knife, Billie thought to himself. Even the few seconds it took to pull the door open were long. But the door finally opened, and a girl of about 17 stood in the doorway. She smiled when she saw him. He smiled back shyly.
"Um... Mel, I got this letter..." He mumbled.
She smiled again. That was him, the one and only, standing on her front steps.
"Right. The one I sent a week ago?" She asked.
Not waiting for an answer, she stood aside and let him in the house. The hall was huge, and the ceiling reached up to about six meters. Billie Joe looked up, then lowered his eyes to the girl. She had reddish-brown hair with just a tinge of gold. Her hazel-green eyes twinkled as she escorted him to the next room.
"Well, this is the place that was advertised." Melissa grabbed his hand and placed it on the doorknob.
"Turn." She ordered.
Billie Joe turned the knob, bit his lips, and closed his eyes. ( sound like the chorus of Longview? ) He flung the door open to reveal a large room with a stage, built-in speakers, everything. The sunlight shining through the windows made everything appear as if a dream. Billie pinched himself just in case.
"Well?" Melissa asked.
Billie looked at her. The light sunlight shone on her hair, glowing behind her. He smiled, then turned and hugged her.
"It's perfect!" Billie said.

Suddenly, Tre came in through the front door.
"Hey, sorry I'm late, Mike said to turn left at the intersection and we got fucking lost..." He trailed off when he noticed Billie Joe, still hugging Melissa.
"Ooh... Billie's got another girlfriend!" He teased in a squeaky voice.
Billie spun around. He hadn't noticed Tre until that moment.
Deciding to ignore what he had said, Billie just asked, "Well, we've got the place thanks to her."
Tre laughed. "Yeah, and you two can have a room all to yourselves!"
Billie rolled his eyes. "Not yet," he mumbled.
