Layla Elizabeth Ringston- 22 years old. She has black, straight hair with red tips, and random streaks of red throughout. Her natural hair color is a dark brown, but she dyed it. She has gray eyes that look blue in sunlight. There is a green ring around her pupils, and a dark gray/blue circle on the outside of her cornea. She has long, dark eyelashes, so she doesn't need to wear mascara. She is more punk/skater, than Goth/Emo. She acts serious when people annoy her, but other than that, she is a very happy-go-lucky girl. She has two good friends, but she used to have around 10 or 11, but something happened, and they all disowned her. Her favorite band is Oasis, and she has been a fan of them since she was a teenager. She used to have braces when she was in 7th grade, so now she has just about a perfect smile, but you can never see it because she really never smiles. She is 5'2", very short for her age, and she weighs 133 lbs. She has a small nose with freckles on it, and chunky cheeks with a few freckles on the top near her eyes. She can't keep her nails long, because she constantly bites them. She has a mood disorder, and she loses track of her emotions as well as Kerri and Keegan, her only friends. She is Polish and German, and she was born in Helena, Montana, but her parents moved to New Jersey after their house caught fire and burned to the ground, taking all of their possessions with it. She has her ears pierced once, and she wears belly button rings as earrings. She has an odd obsession with pens, and she spends around $100 a month on different types of pens. She lives with her friend Kerri in a 3 bedroom, two bathroom, one kitchen, one living room, patio apartment. She is single, and has been since her Freshmen year in high school.
Kerri Lynn Newman- 21 years old. She has naturally brown, wavy hair that goes up to her chin. She has green eyes that change with her moods. She has to wear glasses, but she rarely wears them, making her extremely clumsy. She doesn't have a stereotype, she wears what she wants, which is usually a pair of stretchy jeans (black or blue), and a black shirt (band or comical). She has a very hard time acting serious, and she has many "blonde moments". She has a lot of friends, because she is very social, but she considered Layla, Keegan, and her other friend Elizabeth her best friends. Her favorite bands are Green Day, Oasis, The Beatles, and My Chemical Romance. Her teeth are slightly crooked, but not hillbilly crooked. Her canine teeth are slightly turned and longer than normal, so to scare her little sister, she says she's a vampire. She is 5'6", and is slightly plumper than Layla, weighing 147 lbs. She has a small nose, with a little bump on the bridge, and some scarring around her forehead from acne. Her nails are always long, because she thinks biting your nails is a disgusting habit. She has lived in New Jersey her hole life, and she hates it to an extent. She has her lip pierced on the right side, her ears pierced three times, and her right eyebrow pierced once. She is dating Keegan, and has been since their Sophomore year in college, and she is in love with him.
Keegan Paul Montisette- 23 years old. He has naturally blonde hair, but it is dyed black to match his "Emo" style. He has aqua blue eyes, and always has eyeliner surrounding them, making people believe he is homosexual. He doesn't need to wear glasses, but he still has a pair of Emo glasses to add to the effect. He is the average skinny Emo guy, weighing only 122 lbs., making Kerri self conscious that her boyfriend weighs less that her. He has quite a sense of humor, and lacks common sense, so he tends to do stupid things. His favorite bands are AFI, The Beatles, and most of the local rock bands around New Jersey. He also had braces when he was in 7th grade, but he neglected wearing his retainer for the time that the orthodontist required him to, so some of his teeth are crooked; mostly on the bottom. He doesn't have freckles, but he does have a scar on his lip from biting it when he was in a car accident when he was 15. He lived in New Jersey for over 3 of his life, and the other 1 was spent in Tampa Bay, Florida, and they moved to New Jersey because his Grandmother was sick. He lives in his mother's basement, but is working on trying to get his own apartment by working over-time and extra shifts at Zumiez, along-side Layla. He has his lipped pierced on the right side, and he is 5'8" tall.
