Mary was in the same resterant that she and Frankie went to a few years ago, feeling like she was on ecstacy. Her boyfriend finally proposed to her! So she, Gerard, Mikey, Ray, and Frankie. Bob was coming later, these plans were last minute, so Bob was with his girlfriend. "So, lemme see the ring!" Gerard said, looking even more excited than Mary. "I'm the one getting married, not you!" Mary said, laughing. "But im so excited for you! So lemme see it!" Gerard said, and if he wasnt sitting, he would e jumping up and down. Mary laughed again and showed him her hand. "Whoa!" Gerard said, taking her hand "Isnt your hand numb from lugging that thing around?" he asked, his eye practically getting poking from looking so close to the diamond. "OOOO.....shiny...." Bob said as he sat down. "and congrats" he said, hugging Mary. "I know! i'm so excited! i mean, I just love John so much!" Mary squealed with excitment. Then their orders came. "OH! YES! FINALLY! I havent eaten in so long!" Frankie said. eyes shining with excitment. "Dude...its been like, what, a whole hour?" Mikey said, and they all laughed.
A few hours later, filled with many laughs, but not too many drinks, they left the resterant. Bob went back to his girlfriend's, frankie went to his house, Ray went to his, and Mikey, Gerard, and Mary went to their house. Mikey went straight to bed, but Gerard and Mary stayed up, eatinf icecream and watching some tv. "So....how does it feel to be engaged?" Gerard asked Mary, who just came in with spoons. "Complete bliss" Mary answered, sitting with Gerard and getting under the blanket Gerard cuddled in. "Your lucky....having someone you love for you there all the time..." Gerard said, his eyes getting cloudy. "I'm here for you, just like you have always been here for me" Mary said, looking Gerard in the eye. "Yeah....i guess, and dont get me wrong and everything, but i want...." Gerard just trailed off. "Want what?' Mary said, very curious. "I want.....true love" Gerard said, staring hard at his icecream. Mary set down her bowl and gave Gerard a big hug. "You'll find it someday, hon" she whispered into his ear. Gerard just sadly nodded his head.
After watching a few horror movies, Mary fell asleep with Gerard on the couch. The last thing she remembered was some people being hacked to bits.
