Penguins in the Caribbean, chapter 19
"Billie, hurry up I'm freezing!" Zafera yelled to the top of the street.
"I'm the one soaked and as naked as the day I was born!" she laughed so hard she felt like she was going to explode. Which made Billie smile, even if he was literally freezing his ass off.
"Your in a blanket now hurry!" he grumbled, taking off the blanket and running like a mad man down the street yelling things out making the odd person look through the window, but they quickly looked away.
"Done!" Billie jogged up to Zafera. She had her hands covering her eyes as she passed him another blanket and retrieving the one at the top of the road.
"You should have seen yourself!" Zafera giggled.
"I'm glad I didn't actually."
"Aw, come on Billie let's go inside before you freeze to death!" he poked him in the arm.
"I think we should get that Tylenol soon. Ughhh my fucking head is killing!" Billie yanked at his hair. Zafera for some reason wanted to flick his nose ring. Without thinking she walked up to him and tugged lightly on the nose ring. Billie looked at her funny which made her laugh.
"Sorry, I had to do it!" she said before walking beside him into the house.
"Okay after I get dressed let's go to the store and get the Tylenol then just do what ever!"
"Okayy!" Zafera ran into the bathroom to get ready and into actual cloths instead of pajamas, and brushed her teeth.
"Took you long enough." Billie rolled his eyes getting off the coach.
"It takes time to look this good." She flipped her hair and walked to the door.
"Well I naturally look good so blaah!"
"I'm sure." She playfully punched him.
"Shall we."
"We shall." they linked arms and skipped up the street. All thoughts of hate had vanished for the past few days and things were looking up for Zafera.
"Hey Zafera I didn't think you would skip." Zafera turned around after someone grabbed her ass.
"Micky I thought I got rid of you."
"I see you haven't been keeping your distance from that punk Billie. If you keep that up I think I'm gonna have to do fucking kill that son of a bitch. Wouldn't that be nice?" Zafera tried not to seem scared.
"Leave before he comes back."
"Aw trying to seem tough. How cute. Oh there he is." Micky grabbed her and pulled her into a horrible kiss. His teeth collided into everything, when he pulled away there was slobber on his lip connected to hers. He was a ghastly kisser. "Bye. Try not to get to attached to him. You never know when you'll find him dead." He smirked and walked off.
"Zafera? You okay? You don't look so good. Want a Tylenol?" he handed her the bottle. She stood there for a moment trying to hold back her tears. Why was he doing this? All she wanted was to get along with Billie. Snapping out of her daze she smiled at Billie and took a pill.
"Thanks."
"So, where to next?" Billie inquired.
"Hm, how about..... We buy candy!"
"Okay!"
"Billie, I'm full stop shoving chocolate in my mouth." She pushed his hand away. They were sitting on the coach just lazing about for the rest of the day.
"Ahh... I'm tired."
"No you aren't!" Zafera sat up and looked shocked at him.
"Yup it's true."
"Liar!"
"Bedy bye time!" Billie fake snored.
"No don't leave me yet!" she shook him profusely. Billie smiled and walked upstairs and shut his door. She didn't bother running after him, she knew he would come eventually. Just then the door bell rang.
"Hello."
"HI!" Tre waved his hand infront of her face. He was standing beside a girl with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was also way taller then him which made her smile." Oh this is Jadelin, my girl-friend." "Jadelin" rolled her eyes and extended her hand towards Zafera.
"Hi, my name is actually Jade. And you are Zafera, right?" they shook hands. Jade whispered into her ear "I'm not actually his girlfriend... He wishes though." they both snickered making Tre give them evil looks.
"Well, Billie isn't up... He went to bed a couple minutes ago. Oh hey Mike." Mike rounded the corner and waved to her.
"I know lets wake him up!"
"Okay!" they all ran into his room very quiet like. Then "BOO!" Billie jumped up out of bed.
"You idiots I was actually sleeping!" he pushed them down the stairs and out the door. Zafera giggled when Billie walked back up to his room. She was resting on his door frame.
"Serves you right for sleeping this early in the day." He flopped on his bed curling into a little ball.
"Shut up, and if your gonna stay here why don't you actually come in." he gestured to the chair at the desk that had no use. Instead she jumped on him. He pushed her off of him she struggled to stay on the bed. He had her pinned down by her wrists.
"Awwwww" they looked up to see Tre, Mike and Jade had come into the house once again. Billie let go off her wrists blushing. Zafera buissied herself with picking at her nails to hide her face, she could feel herself blush profusely, both of them feeling a bit awkward.
"We weren't doing anything you perverts!" Billie threw a pillow at Mike'shead. He hit Tre instead, he wasn't to good with aiming, Tre threw the pillow at Zafera. They all ended up hitting each other with the pillows making feathers fly everywhere. They laughed and did stupid things for an hour before Tre and Jade had to leave.
Billie went to the bathroom, leaving Mike and Zafera alone, "So, you and Billie seem to be getting along well." He raised an eyebrow.
"Nothing is happening if that's what you are thinking." Zafera pushed him off the bed.
"But really Zafera I think-" Mike was cut off by Billie coming in. "Well I think I best be going... See you tomorrow!"
"Bye Mike!"
The rest of the evening they spent in their rooms doing nothing in particular just stuff they needed to do.
