Penguins in the Caribbean, chapter 24
Zafera was so happy. After getting home all she wanted to do was liquefy onto a couch. Billie escorted her into the house almost immediately locking lips with hers and bringing her into a breath taking kiss.
The hall lights came on, which made them jump back. They blushed as Ollie entered the room with a quizzical look on her face. "Hi."
"Hi." They both mumbled. Zafera coughed "Well I best be going to bed." She walked as quickly as she could up the stairs and in her room.
Ollie watched Billie as he took of his shoes. He didn't want to know if she had caught him and Zafera kissing. He mumbled 'good night' and went to his room.
After hearing Ollie start her morning shower, even though it was 2:00 p. M. And it's hardly even morning that was the usual time she had to get ready for work, he got up and went into Zafera's room.
Zafera sat on the bed, she knew Billie wasn't going to stay in his room for to long, she heard the door creak open. She looked up expecting to see Billie but was a bit disappointed to see her two little angel puppies walk in, followed by Billie.
"Hey," she smiled. Billie walked up to her and started to kiss her. The dogs backed slowly out of the door. "oh no 'hi' or anything" she raised an eyebrow.
"Hi." He whispered in her ear. She smiled and pulled him onto her. She thought to herself how three simple words like 'I love you' could change everything so fast. It made her smile. All this time, and all the things she felt about him before like hate, love as the most comforting one of all of them.
After awhile of making out Zafera thought things were going a bit to fast and that Ollie would surely catch them. So a bit reluctantly she gently pushed him off of her. "Good night Billie."
Billie was a bit confused when she pushed him off of her but let it go when he saw her smile. "Night Zafera." He smiled. He kissed her one last time before sneaking back into his dark room. But the room was cold for his liking and he went back to Zafera's room.
Zafera was just about to fall asleep when the bed sunk a bit. She opened one eye and looked into Billie's green eyes staring back at her. He smiled as she gave him a questioning gaze. "it was to cold in my room. I like it better in here." He wrapped his arms around her waist.
"But Billie what if Ollie comes in?"
"I highly doubt that she would make a surprise visit, no go to sleep." He closed his eyes and drifted off into dream. She smiled 'he smiles when he sleeps' and drifted off to sleep as well.
"Billie.... Billie... " he heard his name being called, he opened his eyes. It was Zafera. The sun was shining off her hair perfectly and making her skin look a light shade of gold. "We have to get ready for school." Her smiled soon turned into a panicked look. He got up and looked at the time.... It was three minutes till school started.
"Oh what a shame, we miss school." He rolled his eyes. "Besides we only have a couple weeks left of school anyway."
"Billie! It's not even Christmas yet!"
"So?"
"That means we have more then a half a year left!"
"Well, I'm gonna quit going anyway. Our band is getting a record deal." Billie smiled at her dumbfounded expression.
"You failed to mention that! When did you get the record deal... And why would you quit school? I'll be alone!" she pouted.
"Well, I can't remember now but we are working on our first cd now and I think that school is a waste of time so you know."
'Yeah, I want to get a full time job but if I do who knows what will happen to me if I leave now?"
"I promise when we become rich and famous I will take care of your every wish!" he mischievously grinned.
"Oh really?"
"Yup! And I'm gonna make you come with me everywhere!" he tickled her.
"Billie, we have to get ready." He said between gasps of air. He stopped tickling her. He got up and helped her up as well.
"Fine, but if I go to school today you have to promise that you will drop out once me, Mike and Tre tour."
"Fine, I pinky swear." She held out her pinky. They ran about the house getting ready. And finally ran out the door.
