Still my POV
I jumped up startled my Tre, I then looked at Abby, who was shaking her head furiously. Tre jumped over to me excited and started shaking my shoulders.
"Ah! Tre, what do you want!!?!?"
Billie looked kinda scared and said "Ok, Tre let go of Jade, and talk, NORMALLY!"
Tre started grinning from ear to ear and said 'I found a treasure map!" He then started clapping and giggling like a little school girl, I looked at Abby with pleading eyes for an answer...hopefully not involving peanut butter...mmm...peanut butter.
Abby spoke up and said "Yeah...um...yeah Tre found a treasure map...for the camping grounds...I told him that no one, well other than him, and apparently a raccoon, would make one on a camping site. But he doesn't believe me, so now were going on a treasure hunt."
Billie smiled and said "Yeah! Maybe we'll find a box of lucky charms! Or a Wonka bar!"
I turned to Billie Joe and said "...You do know that those chocolate bars aren't real...right?"
Tre said "Ohhhh! I thought they were!!"
Abby and me started bursting out laughing, and then I announced "Fine then matey's, off to find our treasure!"
We all started racing up the sand, when Billie realised that we needed my dog. We called for him, and he eventually came over with a twig in his mouth...
Billie Joe's POV
Damnit! I almost got to tell her. Too bad Tre had to tell us we were treasure hunting...oh well I'll tell her later. When Tre isn't around.
Tre's POV
"Ok guys, it says that the X is in a cave, at the bike trails."
I looked at them, and they all reluctantly said "Ok Tre, lets get over there then."
"I will find that treasure you guys! I know there is one!" I said confidently. Jade then looked at me and said "Ok fine, whatever floats your boat Tre, but if there isn't anything, I will spank you with a spoon!"
I smiled at her and said "I guess I win either way if I find the treasure or not then"
She jumped back startled and Abby just said "Oh Tre, you and your twisted kinky mind"
I just laughed and continued walking to the bike trails.
When we FINALLY got there, we saw a sign that said "Right bike pathway, there's washrooms, Left path there's a cave." We all started walking to the cave, when we found it, I noticed it was very dark, which creeped me out. I took a deep breath and led them into the cave.
My POV (Jade)
Once we got in the cave, I could hear Tre trembling, oh yeah, I forgot he was afraid of the dark. I started laughing because the whole reason Tre was afraid of the dark, was because when he was 7, he watched a scary movie, and when he went to bed, his dad dressed up as the monster in the movie and went in Tre's room and woke him up and then said to him "I'm gonna get you!!!"
Tre was scared so bad, that he peed himself, and since then, he's never trusted the dark. I think Abby remembered it too, because she started laughing as well, and she laughed so hard I heard her fall onto something...that sounded like metal.
I heard her stop laughing and moan "Owwww!" I then heard her say "Oh! I think I've found something! Or I've landed on a possum either way." She picked whatever it was up and we walked back out of the cave.
When we got out, we saw that she found a silver box. Tre smiled and said "HA! I told you there was treasure!" he started dancing the tango. I laughed and said "I bet its a bomb or something."
Abby said "Hmmm...maybe its a bunch of tooth picks!" We all laughed and Billie said "I think its a turtle."
We all stared at him, but he looked dead serious. We stood there for a while until Tre broke our silence and said "Well, what are we waiting for!?! Open it!"
