Please Don't Wake Me Up When I'm Dreaming, chapter 1

Well, I've finally decided to share my story with the few people who waste their precious time to read this. My name is Rayne. I'm about 5'4 and I have long, black hair with red streaks. 13 years ago I became a MAJOR Green Day fan. But today is my 26th birthday and I am happily married to Frank Edwin Wright III. For those of you who may not know who that is, Tré Cool. We have two children, Jared and Michael. Now, for me to fully explain everything that has happened, I will have to go back to Febuary 23, 2005 when I was only 13. My best friend, Araxie was a Green Day fan before I was. She was always talking about Billie and how sexy he was. She listened to their music constantly and probably still does. I was always on the phone with her because I had no life, and to this day I still don't, so I could hear Green Day playing in the background the entire time. I had been listening to 'Good Riddance (Time of Your Life)' since I was really young. I never knew who sang the song until then. I gradually started listening to Green Day more and more. Soon enough, I was as obsessed as she. We both related their lyrics to our everyday lives and were constantly thinking about how hott they were, how they could be so fucking brilliant. Araxie was in love with Billie Joe and I Tré. We both thought Mike was sexy and decided, since she claimed Billie and I claimed Tré, we were sharing Mike. Araxie had finally gotten her mom to let her go to a Green Day concert wich I was invited to go along to. It was on August 30, 2005, AKA my dad's birthday. I backed down from going a couple days before for god-knows-what reason. The day before the concert I had called her and asked if I could go, but of course it was too late. She called me after that and told me how it was and what I had totally missed out on. We both promissed eachother and ourselves that we were going to the next Green Day concert within 500 miles together no matter what.

That concert happened to be in New York City on January 5, 2006, AKA my birthday. We got front-row-tickets that were in the middle of the stage and backstage passes for just the two of us. I don't remember who the opening act was but they were alright, whoever they were. The lights dimmed until they went off and we could just barely see 3 figures walking onto stage and taking their positions. The 'American Idiot' intro began as lights beamed down on Billie. Araxie was staring at Billie, wide-eyed. When she had been to their concert the first time, she couldn't see him because her seats were crappy as hell. I was still in disbelief that I was in the same state as them, let alone less then 10 yards away from The Tré Cool! I was officially the happiest person on earth. Billie had now decided to call some people up to play guitar for a cover song they were playing. He saw Araxie first and pointed to her without he'sitation. She didn't move so I pushed her up on stage as Mike handed her a guitar. I was so happy for her. I knew I was never going to hear the end of it after we went home, though. (She still talks about it after 13 years! ) I knew she had been playing guitar for a few months but I honestly didn't think she'd be able to play any songs by then. But, as much as I hate to admit it, she really rocked up there! As the song finished, Billie walked over to her and gave her a kiss on the cheek. She looked like she was going to pass out so Mike ran up behind her just in case. Billie told her to keep the guitar as a gift from him and that she was really good at guitar for someone her age. She thanked him and walked off stage with her most prized posestion, that damn guitar. She didn't say anything to me when she got back and just stared at Billie the entire time.

After the concert, we took our backstage passes and walked backstage to meet the guys. Araxie walked into the fairly small room and sat down while I checked my hair in a mirror nearby. In about 3 minutes, all three guys walked in and sat down in assorted chairs around the room. Tré sat across from me, Mike sat between Araxie and I and Billie sat next to Tré. I was blankly staring into Tré's eyes, thinking 'wow, they really are more beautiful in person. '. Araxie was too stunned to even blink so Billie broke all of the silence.
"So, you can't even talk to us? We don't look that bad... Do we?"
Hearing him speak made me come back to earth for the time being.
"NO! YOU LOOK HOTT! HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY EVEN THINK FOR ONE SECOND THAT YOU LOOKED ANY LESS THAN A GOD?!" I yelled.
"Hey," Billie said, turning to Tré while pointing at me "I like this girl!"
I just giggled and blushed as Tré got to his feet and kneeled in front of Araxie.
"Anybody home?" He asked while waving his hand in front of her. She could only giggle and blush at that point.
"She... We've been dying to meet you guys for a while now, she'll snap out of it sooner or later."
"Well, I deem this a good time to try something new..." Tré gave her a short kiss on the lips. When he pulled away, she smiled and sank back into the couch a little. I was ubber jealous of her now, but it was entertaining to watch her make fool of herself.
"Damnit, all I had to do was play dumb for that?! I could have done a better job than her!" I said, laughing. Mike, who had been silent the whole time, turned and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
"Happy birthday girl?"
"H- how'd you know it was my birthday?"
"I am god, you know!"
"Whoa..."
We all looked over at Araxie as she finally muttered out
"Ohmygod."
"What'd you say?" I asked. If I couldn't understand her mumbling then no one could.
"OH MY MOTHER FUCKING GOD!" She screached. Tré fell backwards as he held his right ear.
"AHHHHHHHH! I'm fucking deaf!"
Araxie looked around at Tré, Billie and then Mike and I. Then back to Tré. We all stared at him as he walked to the other side of the room, still holding his ear.
"That girl can fucking scream! I'm staying over here for now on!"
I decided this would be a great time for me to start being annoying. This was a dream-come-true to be here with them, but I'm still the same annoying-as-hell girl I've been for the past 4 years.
"I can beat that by a trillion!"
"Oh Lord, please don't." Tré pleaded. I looked over at Araxie who was just giving me this look like 'If you ruin this, I'm so going to kill you. Don't you DARE scream! '. I looked back at Tré and sat back in my seat as I laughed.
"Oh, don't worry. I'll save it for some other time." Tré cautiously walked back to his seat and sat down.
"I'm sorry about that, Tré. I was just a little too excited. I just can't belive I'm here right now. But I am. And so are you. And that's fucking awesome!"
"So, Araxie, how long have you been playing guitar? You were really great out there!" Asked Billie.
"About four months..."
"FOUR FUCKING MONTHS?!" Mike hollared.
"How in hell can you learn to play like that in four months?!" Billie finally responded after staring at her in shock.
"I don't know. I just did. I have a lot of time on my hands when I'm not on the phone with that thing over there." She said, pointing to me.
"Hey! I resent that!" I yelled at her.
"OK, no fighting. You two are here to meet us. You can fight all you want when you go home." Mike said, hoping to prevent a fight from breaking out.
"Awww, they have to go? Can we keep them?!" Tré pleaded.
"They're not pets you asshole!" Mike yelled at Tré.
"Now, why don't you two come with us, we have a surprise for you."
"WHAT?!" Araxie and I both yelled in unison.
"We have a surprise for you, birthday girl. Now, both of you, c'mon."
We followed the guys out to a limo that was waiting outside for us.
"Holy shit!" I screamed, staring at it in dibelief.
"What the fuck are you guys gonna do?" Araxie asked, also shocked and very confused.
"I told you, it's a surprise. Now, get in!"
Mike whispered something to the driver and got in next to me. Tré was in the middle with us on either side. Billie sat on the end next to Araxie and Mike next to me. I couldn't believe this. How did he know it was my birthday? Where were they taking us and what was the surprise? I think Tré must've read my mind 'cause just then he leaned over to me.
"Don't worry about it. You'll love it." He said with a smirk.

We had been in that limo for at least fourty-five minutes, now. Mike and Araxie were yelling back and forth to eachother.
"No, fuck YOU!" Araxie yelled as loud as she could, causing the driver to turn around.
"Yeah, fuck me!"
"Anytime, hun!"
"Right here, right now!"
"I wasn't fucking serious!"
"Well, fine then!"
"You're so immature!"
"Thank ya."
"No problem, Mikey Man."
"Don't ever call me that again."
"OK, Mikey Man."
"Stop it, God damnit!"
"Someone forgot to take their medication this morning, I see." I chimed in. They both just looked at me like I was an idiot. Nothing new. I just turned back around to face forward and they continued. The limo finally came to a halt after one very, very long hour. Mike got out first and held his hand out for me. I gladly accepted it and hopped out of the car. Billie got out and did the same for Araxie. We were both in pure bliss, holding the hands of the sexiest guys on earth. Poor Tré was left alone in the limo.
"What about me? Y'all just gonna leave me hangin' like that?!"
"Sorry Tré." I said and held my hand out to him. He slapped it away and stuck his tongue out at me.
"Don't stick that out unless you're gonna use it!"
"Maybe I am gonna use it."
"Maybe you should."
"And maybe you should suck my dick!"
"Maybe I will!"
"Well... Maybe I don't want you to anymore!"
"Maybe I don't want to anyway!" Mike slapped Tré upside the head and Billie and Araxie just stared at us, trying not to laugh.
"Can we go inside now? I'm freezing my fucking balls off out here!" Tré yelled while holding the back of his head where Mike had slapped him harder than he intended.
"You mean 'ball'" I said while laughing at him.
"What the fuck ever! I'm fucking cold and I wanna go inside!" He yelled back at us while running up to the huge building the driver had dropped us off at.
