The One I Want, chapter 16
Sara laid flat on her back in front of Billie Joe's house. She was waiting for him to come home, she really need to talk to him. She felt really bad for what happened that afternoon. She watch the sunset until she heard a door slam, Sara looked back hoping to see Billie but only to see Kira.
"What the hell are you doing here?"
"I'm waiting for... Billie" said Sara standing up.
"Well, he just called and said he won't be home for an hour, so you might want to go home little girl" said Kira glaring at Sara.
"Nah its fine I'll wait for him" said Sara sitting down
Kira stormed of there and picked up Sara by the shirt
"I told you to go home you little shit, you have no chance with Billie now" said Kira giving Sara a hard hit on the arm
"Owe!" replied Sara rubbing her arm
"There more coming!" said Kira raising her arm to hit Sara
"Stop Kira, it's not worth the hit" said Billie pulling the two girls away.
The two girls just looked at Billie. Finally Kira sighed and walked back inside the house. Billie looked at Sara and then walked toward the house.
"Billie! Just please listen!"
"Why should I listen?" said Billie turning back
"Cause I want to apologize! For the stupid shit I have done to you! I know I really hurt you." said Sara looking down at her hands
Sara heard nothing so she looked up to see if Billie Joe was still there. And to her surprise he was standing there looking at her. Billie Joe took a deep breath.
"What do you want me to do?" said Billie Joe looking at her
"To forgive me?"
Billie Joe laugh "Yeah... Like I forgive you."
"PLEASE BILLIE! PLEASE I'M SORRY I FUCKED UP!" said Sara pleading for forgiveness
"I WROTE SO MANY SONGS ABOUT YOU AND HOW I REALLY LIKED YOU! AND THEN TODAY YOU TELL ME THAT YOU DON'T LIKE ME ANY MORE AND THEN THROW ME TO THE GROUND!" said Billie Joe
"Sorry I was... Lost!" said Sara
Billie Joe gave a little laugh to himself "Yeah lost. Like saying a little sorry might help. You're for from forgiving you"
"I thought you loved me!"
"I did" said Billie Joe.
Then he turned away and walked inside the house. Sara still standing shocked from hearing those words.
"What the hell are you doing here?"
"I'm waiting for... Billie" said Sara standing up.
