The One I Want, chapter 19
"Billie Joe Dinner!!!" said Ron knocking on Billie Joe's door. Ron stepped aside waiting for Billie Joe to come out. "Billie Joe Dinner!" said Ron bow banning on Billie Joe's door. Finally Billie Joe came out. "What do you want?" he asked rudely. "Dinner" said Ralph giving Billie a cold look. Billie shoved Ron and then ran down stairs.
Billie Joe grabbed a Coke from the fridge and poured it in a glass, then sat the glass the table where he usually sat.
"Meatloaf?" said Ralph as he enters the house from outside. "Hey Sweetie!" said Ollie putting the Meatloaf on the table. Ralph gave a little kiss on Ollie check.
"Hey princess!" said Ralph to Kira who was painting he nails on the kitchen counter. Kira blew a kiss to her dad then continued to paint her nails. "How's it going sport?" said Ralph who was reading his sports magazine. Ron just kept reading his magazine. Ralph looked straight into Billie Joe's eye. Billie quickly looked away. "Oh k guys, dinner is ready" said Ollie smiling.
"So what did you do today Kira?" said Ralph eating. "Well I went to the mall with Sheila and Paige." said Kira having a sip from her Ice Tea. "And you Ron" said Ralph. "Just went to Tony's house and played some football" said Ron still reading his magazine. "And you Billie Joe?" said Ralph smiling. Billie Joe rolled his eyes at Ralph then grunted. "Billie Joe answer Ralph! He asked you something!" said Ollie. "Nothing" said Billie. "You know what Billie you can't mope around the house all day! You got to get your ass off your bed. Ever play sports? You can't be locked up in your room all day and play the stupid guitar of yours!" said Ralph eating.
"That Guitar of mine is not STUPID. If you don't know that was the last gift my FATHER gave to me before he died!" said Billie Joe holding his anger. "Plus you need to find new friends. All you do is go in the garage and play 'music'" said Ralph pointing his fork at Billie. Billie Joe bit his tounge so he would not say anything. "And that music you listen to 'Punk Rock' gives me a headache. Seriously Billie Joe you need a life!" said Ralph angrily.
"I think you need to shut the fuck up!" said Billie Joe forming a fist with his hand under the table. "Billie Joe Armstrong! How dare you talk to Ralph like that!" said Ollie Slapping Billie Joe's check. "How can you say that? He just called my guitar a worthless!" said Billie Joe losing his anger. "That does not matter!" said Ollie angrily. "You changed mom, all you care is about Ralph and his kids. But you could careless about YOUR son" said Billie Joe standing up. "That's because she likes us better then you!" said Ron giving Billie Joe an evil smile.
Billie Joe threw his glass cup at the wall Ron was sitting by. "BILLIE JOE AMRSTRONG! WHAT IN THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING!" yelled Ollie. "I'm done" said Billie Joe.
Billie Joe went to his room grabbed Blue and put him in his guitar case. Billie Joe put on his shoes then went down stairs. Billie Joe grabbed his car keys and then head to the door.
"Where do you think your going" yelled Ralph. "None of your damn business!" said Billie Joe. Billie Joe looked at his mother where she was sitting and had her face in her hands. Ron was still sitting there shocked when Billie threw the cup at the wall. Kira look blankly at Billie Joe. Billie Joe turned back to the door and started walking to the door. "If you walk out that door, you will not be welcomed in!" said Ralph with Rage. Billie opened the door and walked to his car then drove to the Gilman.
