The One I Want, chapter 8
"You gonna eat that?" said Mike with a mouth full of food. "No I'm stuffed" said Billie Joe pushing his plate of french fries and a mostly eaten hamburger. "Thanks!" said Mike grabbing grabbing the food on the plate. Mike, Billie and Sara were eating at a local Cafe down the street. Sara and Billie sat be each other while Mike sat across from them. "We need to start a band" said Billie Joe playing the air guitar. "We are in a band!" said Mike stuffing French Fries down his mouth. " No like a really band, with like Drums, we cant have band with like to guitars" said Billie Joe taking a Sip of his drink. "Yeah and you guys could play at shows and the Gilman!" said Sara big eyed. "Yeah that would be cool? but where are going to get a drummer?" asked Mike paying the Bill.
Mike Sara and Billie were at the music store down the street. Mike and Billie were looking at guitars. While Sara was looking at the drums. "These would be so cool to play!" said Sara. "Yeah there pretty easy is you ask me" said a boy with Brown hair and pretty blue eyes and weird looking teeth. "Oh...you..play?" asked Sara? "Hell yeah!" said the brown hair boy smilling. Then He sat down and started playing. He was really good!! "Hi, Tre Cool" said the boy putting out his hand. "Hi I'm Sara" said Sara smilling ans shaking Tre's hand. " You in a band?" asked Tre. "No but my friends are looking for a drummer" said Sara pointing Billie Joe and Mike. "And you?" asked Sara. Tre looked around, then looked at the floor ans shock his head. "Oh my god!!! you have to met Billie Joe and Mike then!!!" said Sara jumping up and down. "Huh?" said Tre looking confussed. "Follow me!!!" said Sara then she grabbed his wrist and went over to Mike and Billie Joe.
"I should start playing Bass" said Mike looking at the basses. "Yeah" said Billie Joe nodding his head. "It would make the band a lot better" said Mike touching one of the Basses hanging on the wall. "Speaking of bands...I think I Found your Drummer" Sara said smilling. "Oh really?" smilled Billie Joe. "Meet Tre Cool!" Sara Said Pointing to Tre. Tre just stood there and smilled and waved at him. "Hi" he said shyly. "Wait....are you Frank Wright?" said Billie Joe. "Yeah buy Tre Cool..." said Tre shyly while playing witht the drum sticks in his hand. "Oh k...let us hear you play" said Mike floding his arms. "No...I'm that that good." said Tre still looking at his shoes. Sara shoved Tre playfully. "Fine I'll play" said Tre. Then he sat down and started pownding oh the drums. Mike and Billie Joe just stood there with the mouths amazied with Tre's playing. Sara just stood there smilling. Tre finished play by pownding on the cymbles. He just sat there and smilled. Mike and Billie Joe just stood there with their mouths still open wide. "That's why they call me Tre Cool" said Tre smilling "YOU'R FUCKING AWSOME DUDE!!!" yelled Billie Joe still shocked from Tre's talent. Mike just stood there still shocked. "Dude we need you in our band!" said Mike. Then Tre got a really big Smile on his face "REALLY" sai Tre still Smilling. "Yeah!" said Mike. Billie Joe got and pice of paper and an pen and wrote down his address. "Be at my house by 6:30 we have band partice" said Billie Handing the pice of paper. "Oh k!" said Tre taking the pice of paper. "Later! see you at 6:30" said Billie Joe about walk out the door. "Wait. Can I ask you some thing?" said Tre. "Yeah any thing" Billie said. "What happend to your face?" asked Tre. Billie Joe rolled his eyes "I'LL SEE YOU 6:30" yelled Billie Joe as he walked out of the door. Mike and Sara where laughing right behind Billie...
