She Screams in Silence, chapter 1
The clock blinks 6:30 AM as Rachel gets up for her first day of school again. "Just two more years..." Rachel mumbles to herself. After Rachel takes a shower and gets dressed and eats she leaves for school. As Rachel was walking to school, all Rachel wanted to do was turn around and go home. With a sigh on her face Rachel pushes open the High School door and starts another year of High School again. Rachel looks at her new schedule for the year. "Oh great, fucking physics." Rachel said with a sigh. As Rachel enters Physics room, she was glad to see that no one took the back row corner desk. She tried to take a little nap while everyone was waiting for the teacher to come. Then suddently the teacher smacks her desk with her pointer, so she rises up to listen to the announcements. Right before the teacher is about to give an intro about the "Wonderful World of Physics" a boy comes inside the class room. "Interesting" Rachel thinks, seeing he's not very tall, he has blue hair, and a striped sweather on. "Ok class, this is our new student... Billie Joe Armstrong. Care to say a few words Mr. Armstrong?" The teacher asked very cheerily. "Ummm... No... I'm just gonna go sit... Over... There." With that he walks casually over the chair next to Rachel. Within 15 minutes of class Rachel get bored. "Hey, Billie Joe right?" "Yeah" "Sup, i'm Rachel Verectti" "Nice to meet you Rachel" he says kinda nervous. Rachel and Billie Joe chat about the band KISS until the bell rings, which means it's the end of class. Then before everyone knows it, the school day is over. Rachel starts to walk home when a beat-up Mustang pulls up next to Rachel. And guess who it is. "Hey Rachel" he says, "Sup Billie"
"Wanna ride?" he says smiling with his green glowing eyes.
"Awesome!" So Rachel hops on and Billie took her home.
"So you're new to the school."
"What do you think?" he says with a chuckle.
"Well yeah I guess so, anyways why did you go to a new school?"
"Cause I got expelled." he said kinda smiling
"You did! Wow. Why?"
"I called a Bomb Threat"
"Oh.. Funny"
"I know it is.. And that's what I call brilliance!" Rachel and Billie both laugh, and talk about other suff while he drives Rachel home in her old home in the dumps of Berkeley. Finally he arrives to Rachel's home.
"Thanks for the ride New Kid"
"Is that all I am to you?" he said still smiling almost like he's been smiling the whole drive." a new kid? Gosh and after all i've done for you today!" He said smiling and Rachel and him both laugh together.
"Well bye billie!"
"Bye rachel" he for Rachel to go inside her home, and as Rachel gets home she gets yelled at from her parents for some strange reason. After homework, Rachel goes out skateboarding. Rachel was going up and down on the ramps of the skate park, when she hears a blair of a car horn. Flying of her board she looks up to see some people laughing at you as you fell to the ground. The car horn was still honking, then you hear a car door shut and some guy running.
"Hey Rachel are you ok?" It was Billie.
"Yeah i'm fine BJ it's just a little scrape."
"C'mon I'll take you home again."
"You men and your worries over women of the tribe,"
"Hahaha.. That was preety dorky"
"I know but oh well, i'm not good at tellin jokes."
As Rachel and Billie walk to your home you two talk about more things and you start to get to know Billie. You two reach your house.
"Well bye Rachel." he says kinda looking sad.
"Wait BJ. My parents are gonna be home tonight, so do you wanna watch a movie?"
"Ok!" he said with a happy face. The two of them walk inside Rachel's home.
"So what movie do you wanna watch?"
"Any" so the two of them watch "The Wizard of Oz"
