Where did Tre go!?, chapter 7
Billie, Mike, and Adrienne had taken separate cars. Billie had stopped at his favorite bar. Mike was driving down in the ghetto, and Adrienne was down near the beach. Billie payed for a couple of beers.
He slowly drank them, finishing off about four already. He wasn't usually a heavy drinker but now since Tré was gone, it was all he could do. He looked at the bartender, "Will you get me another?" he asked and put down another $3. The bartender came back and gave him another beer. "Kid, what's your problem?" the bartender asked. Billie burst into tears. "He's gone! He'll never come back, I know I promised Mike I'd look, but I just know we won't find him! I just know it!" Billie yelled between sobs.
The bartender, who's name was Tom, looked at him. "I think you've had a little too many drinks tonight, so get on out of here buddy." Billie threw his beer to the ground, breaking the glass cup. "I'll go but when you have no more customers and you lose all your money, you'll know it was because my band stopped playing and stopped telling the kids to fuck athourity and do what they want." He said and walked out. Tom turned around and went back to work.
Mike stopped his car next to a strip-club. "I'd hate to do this, but he might be in there." He walked in. Automaticaly 3 strippers started to pull him into the back room. "Wait. No... I'm trying to find someone." He said, pulling away from them.
"Who ya lookin' for babe?" asked the blonde stripper.
"Well, he's got green hair and his name's Tré."
"Never seen him."
"Well then I'm leaving." Mike said and ran outside. He got in the car, and noticed he was missing $20. "Stupid stripper." He said and drove on down the road.
Adrienne was sitting in the sand, the tide was coming in, and it slowly started to touch her bare toes. She looked up at the sky. "I know I haven't known you long, but please Tré... Come home." She said, and a single tear dropped to the sand. She stood up and walked to her car, and drove back to the house. She couldn't look for Tré right now, she was tired, and her feet were hurting. She was hungry because of the baby inside. As soon as she got home she listened to a message that was left on the answering machine. She called Billie and Mike.
Billie was walking alone down an empty alley way. His cell phone rang and he answered it. "Hello... Yea... He did?... I'm on my way." He hung up the phone and ran to the car.
Mike was driving down a boulevard when his cell rang, it was Adie. "Yellow?... Seriously?... Yea, I'm coming." Mike hung up the phone and turned the car around.
Adie sat down in a chair. The person that called was Tré.
