Seventeen And Strung Out On Confusion, chapter 1
"Class, today we have a new student. This is Jessica Hill, and she will be joining our class for the rest of the year. Jessica, you can sit right over there beside Billie Joe." said Miss Deans, the teacher for the grade 12 class at Pinole Valley High as she pointed to a green-eyed, brown-haired boy named Billie Joe.
'Wow, she's hot.' was all 17-year-old Billie Joe Armstrong could think as Jessica walked towards him.
"Hey," Billie said as she sat down at the desk beside him.
"Hey," Jessica answered back.
"Interesting teacher, eh?" Billie said with a smirk.
Jessica laughed. "She talks to me like I'm a new kid in a grade 2 class!" she said.
"So, where'd you move from?" asked Billie.
"Oregon. My parents just split up, so me and my dad moved down here to California." answered Jessica.
"Oh, that sucks - not that you moved here, that your parents split up." Billie said.
"Yeah I got it," Jessica said with a laugh.
Just then, the lunch bell rang.
"So, do you wanna hang out with me and my friends at lunch?" Billie asked.
"Sure, thanks," Jessica answered.
Billie Joe and Jessica met up with Billie's friends in the school cafeteria.
"So Jess - can I call you Jess?" asked Billie.
"Yeah that's fine with me." answered Jessica.
"Well, Jess this is Mike, and this is Tre. And guys, this is Jess." Billie said.
"Hey, what's up," Mike said.
"Wow," was all Tre said. But I don't blame him, because Jessica was beautiful. She had shoulder length strawberry-blonde hair, and brown eyes which wore black eyeliner.
Jessica blushed.
They all talked together for the rest of the lunch break, and by the time it was over, Jessica was pretty comfortable with all of them. But she especially liked Billie Joe, and Billie felt the same about her.
While Billie was walking with Jessica to their next class, Billie stopped.
"What?" asked Jessica.
"I just have to tell you something." said Billie.
"Okay, shoot," said Jessica.
"Well, I know we just met today, but I lke you, like... a lot." said Billie.
"Billie, I lke you a lot too." said Jessica.
"Then I guess you wont mind if I do this..." Billie said as he leaned in and kissed Jessica.
"Wow Billie, you're a great kisser." said Jessica.
"Well, thanks," said Billie.
"Um, I'll give you my number," said Jessica as she took out a pen and a piece of paper. She wrote it down and handed it to Bllie Joe.
"I'll give you mine too," said Billlie.
Jessica handed him a pen and a piece of paper, and he wrote it down and handed it to her.
"Thanks," Jessica said as she kissed him on the cheek.
Billie and Jessica walked to their next class, hand in hand.
