2 neeks, 1 chav & Green Day, chapter 3
"What did you say about me?" Beth asked Kate as she pushed her.
"Why do you care, you're nothing." Kate said pushing back. The words echoed around Beth's head, like a memory. The thing that brought her back to reality was her head hitting the ground. Quickly she saw blood, another memory. Then she blacked out.
When she woke, she was in an ambulance. She squinted to see what was going on. Blur's of people's faces, she lifted her head up; she looked around, a blurred smile on a woman's face. Beth went to touch her. She lifted her hand and saw it had blood on, a memory, again, she then blacked out.

A couple of weeks later, she went back to school. She tried to avoid Kate, but, at the end of the day she couldn't help it. She wasn't going to Joe's house, but she did wave goodbye (Because Green Day were picking him up). As Billie Joe drove off in the wrong direction so he could turn round and go in the right direction, Beth turned to Kate. Kate pushed her and said "What are you looking at?"
"Nothing much." Beth replied bitterly as she pushed her back aggressively. Kate grabbed her and started pushing her back and forth without letting go, while Beth tried to brake free. Beth broke free & accidentally pushed Kate into the road and Billie Joe ran her over.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" A scream, not from Kate, but from Beth. "Get off of her Billie!" She added. He then ran her over the rest of the way instead of reversing & Beth ran over to Kate. Joe ran over to Beth while Billie casually got out of the car slowly while stretching. Beth bent down then Joe pulled her up into a hug. He realised she was shaking so he sat her down on the pavement while Mike checked Kate to see if she was breathing, Tre rang an ambulance and Billie sat on the bonnet of his car and watched the whole palaver. By this time everyone had vanished. Joe put his arm around a shivering Beth, then she turned around to face him and they shared another hug.

Later that day, Joe and Beth were sitting in the park on the bench. It was dark and you couldn't see any stars, so basically, it was a crap night, but they could see enough to see each other.
"You know, I would say look at those stars, but, there are none." Joe pointed out, it made Beth smile. "You have a beautiful smile, Beth."
"If that's not a chat up line, I don't know what is." Beth said.
"Is it working?" Joe asked, smirking.
"Totally." Beth said as their faces got closer and closer, they shut their eyes at the same time as each other and then their lips touched. Joe pushed his tongue through only for it to get bitten by Beth. A few seconds later they pulled away and Beth bit her bottom lip as Joe stupidly, asked "So I guess this means we're going out then?"
"Well duh." Beth said before giving him a peck on the cheek and standing up. "Well I need to go home, see ya tomorrow."
"See ya." Joe said as he wated her walk down the road. He looked down at his feet feeling happy, for once, and he couldn't wait for tomorrow.
