Bloody Mary, chapter 10
I walked up the path that lead to the castle. The tiles were white, stained with blood. Dead vines hung from the lifeless, black trees that were full of Corgunds; large purple and black birds that cried tears of blood. I never stopped to think about the Galaptor that was ready to greet me at the end of the path that was ever so depressing.

"Adrienne?"
"Yes."
"Why am I here, Adrienne?"
"You are here for a very simple reason: you will marry me tomorrow night."
"No way girlie! I ain't marring you! I have a girl already!"
"But you are not married, Tre. But you WILL be tomorrow."
"No. No no no no no. Never. No way, ain't gonna happen."
"Yes it will, Frank. It will."
"My name's TRE! Tre Cool!"
"Listen Tre! You're going to marry me and you WILL like it."
"Why do you want ME? Huh?"
Adrienne did not answer.
"C'mon! Answer!"
Again, Adrienne refused.
"I said ANSWER ME!!!!!!!"
"I WON'T!"
With that, Tre Cool was thrown backward by an undescribeable force. A force so powerful, that it could make someone forget everything that they ever knew and loved. He forgot he ever had a girlfriend. He forgot how to play the drums. He forgot what Green Day was. But worst of all:
Tre Cool forgot who his best friends were.

"Now, let's get the finishing touches done..and...THERE! Darling, you look beautiful! Look at yourself!"
I turned to look at the large piece of glass an the other side of the room. I loved my dress and my hair, but not Billie Joe. I couldn't stand thinking about the reaction that Mike would have when he saw Billie Joe and I walking out of the castle together. I didn't want to see the pain in his eyes, or the tears that came with them. I never wanted to see those blue eyes drip tears of pain. I hated thinking of it, but I couldn't stop thinking about it.
"Do you LOVE it darling?"
"Umm...it's gorgeous. Thank you."
"Only the best for the Prince's Princess."
"Yeah, only the best..."
***
"Oh no..."
There was a hungry Galaptor standing at my feet. It was hidious. Its head looked as if it had been beaten by an ugly stick. Its body looked deformed. And it was hungry, for living flesh.
"AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
***
"Sir, I am so happy for you!"
"Thank you servant. I an eager to see my bride."
"I am sure she looks beautiful."
"Yes...I am sure too."
The conversation was interupted by the sound of cries for help.
"What was that?"
"I don't know sir."
"Well go see!"
"As you wish, your grace."
A few moments passed until the sound of running shoes were heard echoing through the halls of the castle.
"SIR! It's a man!"
"A man?"
"But not just ANY man; Mike Dirnt."
***
"Oh dear! What might that have been?"
"I'm not sure, but it sounded terrible!"
"Yes...darling, I will go ask the Prince what the noise is. You stay here. We don't want you getting hurt!"
When the taylor walked away, I immediatly disobayed her orders.
I walked to the window and opened it as wide as it would go, only to see a sight worse than Mike's paining eyes.
Mike was covered in blood.
