Bloody Mary, chapter 9

I wanted more of whatever that drink was. It was good. Better than any other drink in the world! But the bar tender was gone.

"Hello? I want more! MORE!!!!!!"

"Shut up! The guy isn't here!" A voice shouted at me.

"Yeah! Get outta here if yer gonna be rude like that!" Another voice yelled.

"Fine," I grumbled as I stumbled out of the bar.

I walked around for a while, not knowing where to go. Where could I go? There were strange people giving me dirty looks as if I were some kind of criminal. I did not do anything wrong and I never intended to. So why were people seeming to hate me? I put it aside and continued walking. I really needed to go somewhere. I also wondered about Mary. Where was she? Who was she with? Was she okay? I had to find out.

I turned a corner to find myself in an alley, so I decided to just take that way. After all, no one would be able to see me and give me looks.

As I was walking, I noticed a person in another alley. He looked awfuly familiar. I soon realized who it was: it was the bar tender. I could hear the conversation he was having. I hid behind a dumpster to hear a little better.

Bar Tender: I have given him the drink sir.

Other Person: Perfect. Keep him away from the castle.

Bar Tender: Yes, of course. I would NEVER want your wedding to be ruined Prince Armstrong.

At that moment, I realized who the other person was.

Armstrong: That man can not-WILL not kill this wedding. Put him in a cage or
something! As long as you're sure he can not escape!

Bar Tender: I'll make sure of it you grace.

Armstrong: You'd better. Tonight, I will be wed to Bloody Mary, and no one will say other wise.

Bar Tender: I hope your wedding goes well! I have bought you a gift! It's a toaster!

Armstrong: SHUT UP! I don't need ANOTHER toaster!

Bar Tender: Ok Billie...no toaster.

Armstrong: I, Billie Joe Armstrong, will be wed to Bloody Mary no matter what anyone says. I shall kill them if they say otherwise.

The line then went dead.

I ran. I ran out of that alley, out of the city, and toward the castle, for it was where I would find Mary.

I always knew that Billie had a secret.

I knew that every time I said Mary's name, he would turn his head and whisper something to himself.

I knew why Mary was dead:

Billie Joe Armstrong himself had killed her.

"Let's put on your make-up darling!"

I walked over to where the taylor (also a make-up artist) was ready with all her brushes and colors that would soon touch my face. I already had the red dress on with a pair of black converse and had my hair slighty curled and spiked. A pair of black, fingerless gloves were on my hands. A red bracelet was wrapped around each wrist. A black tiara was placed upon my newly red hair and a black and red choker was around my neck. All that I needed was the make-up and I was ready to marry the man that I hated.

"Darling! I will put white all over your face to cover up the blood and...oh, you'll just have to see later."

I hated Billie Joe and I would never love him. But the only reason I agreed to marry him was so I wouldn't be thrown to the hell of Reality and never see Mike again. I HAD to see him.

"Ugh...where the hell am I? And why is this place black and red? AAAAAHHHHHH! THERE'S BLOOD DRIPPING FROM THAT TREE!!!!!!! This place is freaky..."

"You're in the land of Dread and Death, Tre. You're with me now."

"Who are you?"

"I am Adrienne. Bloody Mary's sister."
