Should I Have Stayed?, chapter 7
AFTER SCHOOL
"Hey we should go to the mall." Tre said.
"Ya, that sounds like a good idea. Agreed Kayla.
"Well we have to wait for Kaylee she had to stay after class." Billie said.
'Why is that?" Mike asked.
"I don't know I'll have to ask her." Billie said.
"Well why don't we go wait in the car." Krystal suggested.
"Umm, you guys can go, and I'll wait for Kaylee here." Billie said handing they car keys to Mike.
"Oh Mike always gets the car keys." Tre cried.
"Ya that's because last time I gave you the keys you like stole my car, and I had to walk home, and I didn't get my car back till the next day." Billie said.
"Oh, ya." Tre started to laugh.
"Ya that's why Mike gets the keys every time." Billie said.
"Hey are you coming with use?" Mike asked Kayla.
"Umm no, I'll wait here with Billie."
"Ummm, all right." Mike said confused.
"Hey why'd you stay with me for? Billie asked.
"Oh, I didn't want to go site in the car with Krystal and Tre." Kayla said.
"Why?"
"Well I've been with Krystal all day, and when Krystal and Tre are together they get really hyper." Kayla said.
"Oh I see. But you would have Mike with you." Billie said.
"Ya that's true, but what can I do now?"
"Nothing I guess." Billie said.
"Hey, how do you deal with Tre yelling stupid things about him loving you everyday?" Kayla asked.
"Umm I guess it something that's grown on me, I mean if Tre not yelling out stupid things I think he's sick or something."
"Really, well I think its funnier then hell when Tre does things like that. Like he crakes me up, and you do as well, your faces are too funny.
"Oh thanks."
"Well, I didn't mean it in that way." Kayla laughed.
"Ya, I know." Billie laughed.
"Hey Billie." Kaylee yelled.
"Hi baby." Billie stopped laughing and hugged me.
"Hi Kayla." I said giving her an odd look (Like what are you doing with my boyfriend alone).
"Hey."
"Where is everyone?" I asked.
"Oh there in the car were all going to the mall." Billie said.
"Oh, ok, that sounds like fun." I said.
"Ok well lets go, before Tre ends up hurting Mike so he can drive away and leave us here, or something" Billie said.
"Ya we don't want that happening again." I laughed.
WALKING TO THE CAR
Well walking to the car Kayla ended up running over there because mike called her.
"Hey why were you talking with Kayla for?" I asked.
"I don't know, she waited with me, I wasn't not going to talk to her." Billie said.
"Oh, ok."
"Hey" Billie yelled.
"What?" I asked.
"They locked the car doors." Billie said pulling on the door handle.
"No way!"
"Ya way, god guys open the door Billie said banging on the window.
"Nope!" Tre said making faces at Billie.
"Open the door Mike." I said.
"Hahahah! No, you guys can stand out there." Mike laughed.
"Oh, come on it's my car."
"Ha, it's your car but you're not in it? Krystal pointed and laughed at Billie.
"Oh come on open the door."
"Nope." Krystal said.
"Kayla, can you open the door please?" Billie asked.
"Umm ok." Kayla said reaching over for the lock.
"Ya that's right now pull it up." Billie said.
"Ok like this? Kayla asked.
"Yup, just keep on going."
"Umm, you know what I don't think I can do this." Kayla said.
"Oh come on why not?"
"Cause if I open the door for you guys we cant laugh at you for be locked out. Ummm, so I don't think I'm going to open the door." Kayla laughed.
"Haaha, good one." Mike said.
"Oh my god." I said pulling on the back door.
"That door locked too. Tre said.
"Oh I know that." I said. "Or I would have already been in the car."
"Here I'll make you a deal. I'll open the front door on this side and if your fast enough to get here before I lock the door again you can get in the car, but if you don't get here on time I'm locking the door again. Tre said.
"Umm ok that sounds good." Billie and I agreed.
"Are you ready get set go." Tre said unlocking the door. Billie and I ran as fast as we could, I got to the door first open it and jumped in, then Tre locked the door.
"Hahaha, your still out there." Tre said.
"Oh I know." Billie said angrily. " Kaylee well you let me in?" Billie asked.
"Umm ill have to think about that one. I said.
"Come on please Kaylee." Billie pleated.
"Oh ok fine. I said unlocking the door.
"You trader." Tre yelled.
"What?" I asked.
"We let you in and then you let Billie in you're a trader." The car filled with laughter.
"Oh shut up." Billie said getting into the car.
"Are we still going to the mall I'm hungry." I said.
"Ya, were still going." Billie said.
AT THE MALL
"Hey I love this store it has bras in it." Tre said running in.
"What?" Mike asked confused.
"Oh I know you like this store too." Tre said running back out and dragging Billie and Mike in with him.
"What are you doing? Let go of me." Billie said.
"What are they doing? Are they crazy." Kayla asked.
"No they're not crazy it's more like Tre's crazy." Krystal said walking into the store.
"Hey Krystal, I think you should buy this bra." Tre said holding up a pink and yellow poke-a-dot bra.
"Umm, not today." Krystal said laughing.
"Oh fine then." Tre said putting down the bra.
"Hey Kayla I dare you to kiss this manikin." Tre said.
"What no way. Where'd that come from?" Kayla asked.
"Ya come on Kayla I dare you to." Billie said.
"Umm I don't be thinking so." Kayla said.
"Oh come on. I'll buy you a pop if you do it." Tre said.
"Hey I want a pop, I'll kiss the manikin for a pop." Krystal said.
"Ok, Krystal kiss the manikin then I'll buy you a pop, and if you kiss it Kayla I'll buy you a pop too." Tre said.
"Umm, ok I'll do it but Krystal had to go first." Kayla said.
"Ok."
"Here I go." Krystal said kissing the manikin.
"Hahahah!" Tre laughed.
"Now its your turn Kayla." Billie said.
"Umm ok her goes nothing." Kayla said going in to kiss the manikin. "Man I can't do this."
"Oh yes you can, I mean it can't be any worse then kissing Mike Tre said.
"Hey!" Mike said.
"Hey nothing. Kayla just Kiss the manikin or you don't get any pop." Tre said.
"Ya and I'll buy you fries." Billie sad.
"Ok fine." Kayla said before kissing the manikin.
"Ya good job Kayla I knew you could do it." Tre said. "Giving me a high five."
"Ya, go me!!" Kayla said.
"Ya go you." Billie laughed.
"Kayla, that rocks my pelvic region. High eight" Krystal said.
"Umm ok what's a High eight?" Kayla asked.
"It's when you tuck in your two thumbs and give a high five but its high eight. Krystal said.
"Umm ok high eights. (Gives high eights.)
"Ok I want to eat now." I said.
"Ok we have to get Krystal's and Kayla's pop and then we can go get some fires."
"Ok." I said. When we got to the store we got are pops and head up to the food court.
"Kayla what kind of fires do you want?" Billie asked.
"Umm, fires and gravy." Kayla said.
"And you Kaylee?" Billie asked.
"Umm the same."
"Ok."
"Santa Maria." Krystal yelled out of nowhere.
"What?" Kayla asked.
"Oh it's Portuguese."
"I know what it is. I'm Portuguese." Kayla said.
"Really? Cool." Krystal said.
"Oh here's your fires Billie said placing them down.
"Thanks."
"So your Portuguese?" Mike asked.
"Umm Mike yes she is, she just told us that." Krystal said taking one of Kayla's fires.
"Cool." Tre said. "So if I said Santa Maria you know what it means?" Tre asked.
"Yup."
"Cool."
"Ya I know" Kayla said.
"Hurry up and eat cuz I have a great idea Tre said.
"What is it? Billie asked.
'"We can go into stores and be an ass." Tre said.
"Tre we do that all the time." Billie laughed. "But yah lets do it." Once everyone was done everyone ran down to the ring store and asked them to take out the most expansive thing and make it seam like they were going to buy it but at the end they didn't. But when they were there Billie was looking at some rings. Then we went to Zellers where the play place was and played with all the little tricycles and the basketballs, Tre end up throwing the ball at Billie's head and they got into a fight so people came and asked us to leave, so we ran from them. When they caught use we were kicked out of the mall.
IN THE CAR
"That was so much fun." Kayla said.
"Ya I know, you running away from that lady was funny she had to get two other people to stop you." Billie laughed.
"Oh well, Krystal throwing clothes at them was funny. I almost stopped running because I was laughing so hared." Kayla said.
"Oh that was the best." Mike said.
"Ya no kidding." Krystal said.
"Well this night was fun but I have to get home it almost ten." Kayla said.
"Ok I'll drop you off where do you live? Billie asked.
"Umm just around this corner here." Kayla said.
"All right, then." Billie said.
" Stop here." Kayla said.
"Ok."
"Well I had fun tonight, thanks a lot." Kayla said before getting out of the car.
"Hey wait I'll walk you to the door." Mike said getting out of the car.
"Ok."
"Well I had fun tonight I'll see you at school." Mike said.
"Ya... Kayla stopped because Mike had kissed her. Kayla kissed back in tell Billie Joe started to honk the car horn.
"Well I'll see you later. Good night." Kayla said before walking into the house.
"Oh, look at that you kissed her Tre said to Mike.
"Yup I did, and it was amazing." Mike said.
"Oh come on she kiss the manikin better then you." Tre said.
"Oh shut up." Mike said.
Billie end up dropping Mike Tre and Krystal home then he and Kaylee went home and jumped into be for it was only 3 more days till homecoming.
"Hey we should go to the mall." Tre said.
