What life would be like..., chapter 3
Gosh now im totally lost, Alannah thought. Alannah wondered why anyone would want to stalk her or be angry at her. She thought back as far as she could. Which was the last two days of colledge before vacation. Hmmm... She wasn't fighting with anyone. And she hadn't gone out with anyone and been rude by not talking to them or anything. She thought some more about relationships. Well there was that one guy who asked me out but I turned down. What was his name. Oh yeah Leo. Well Leo did look at me weird on the last day of school before I left. She heard a twig crack somewhere in the trees. "Leo," she called out softly. The last thing she remembered was a familiar face and getting hit hard.
Four hours had passed and Emily and Maddy and Billie Joe, Mike and Tre met back at Mike's house. "Any luck," said Emily. "No," answered Tre. "I'm so scared for Alannah," said Emily almost beginning to cry. "We'll find her," said Mike sympathetically. "No we wont," Emily said. " Dont give up hope, I've never seen you like this," Mike said hugging her.
Alannah woke up in a white room. It had pictures of her pasted all over. She was tied to a chair. Somewhere there was music playing. The type you hear in old fasioned movies about romance. Someone opened the door. An ugly yet familiar man came in. He was carrying two wine glasses. "Hello dear," he said. "Who are you?" asked Alannah. "Why its me furby boy," he answered. "Conner!" Alannah yelled. "Now calm down,have a drink, its okay," said Conner trying to reassure her. " No!" said Alannah struggling to get loose. "You will drink!" said Conner meanly trying to shove whatever kind of drink he wanted to give Alannah down her throat. " Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah," screamed Alannah. The scream was so earpiercing that she heard ringing for a couple seconds after. "Its okay, yell all you want no one can hear you, in fact it kind of turns me on," he said. Alannah was so disgusted by him. "God Conner," said Alannah "Whats your problem, cant you ever get a life, and where is Maxx dont you two always hang out." "Why darling of course I have a life, one with you as my wife. And Maxx, well he had to be gotten rid of," said Conner. Alannah gasped and Conner tossed the liquid down her throat making her cough. Soon she passed out.
Everyone decided to try to find Alannah again. This time Emily, Billie Joe and Tre went together in Billie Joe's car and Maddy and Mike in Emily's car.
After driving for half an hour Emily suddenly said "The woods !" "What ?" said Billie Joe. "Well I remembered my first time here and I acidentilly went into the woods, so I thought Alannah might too," said Emily. " You have a point", said Tre. So Billie Joe turned onto the road that goes into the woods. In a short while they saw Alannah car. "Oh no," said Emily getting out "Her cars totalled."
