Trashing The White House, chapter 1
There once was a young man named Billie Joe Armstrong... Oh who am I kidding he is no young man. He had two friends that were his age, Mike Dirnt and Tre Cool. They had just gotten out of school and were going on the road as their new band GREEN DAY. They had always wanted to be in a punk/rock band. And it being their first day on the road they knew they had to have some fun.
"Tre have you been to any good clubs lately?" Mike said as a grin appeared on his face.
"No. What makes you say that?" Tre asked curiously.
"Oh, no reason in particular...," he replied.
"Ok, there better not be any reasons...," Tre said happily.
"HEY GUYS! How about we get out and do something that is actually something?" Billie Joe added getting angry.
"Ok, so what do you want to do? " Mike answered.
"I don't know what do you want to do? " Billie added again.
"Look, this isn't getting us anywhere!" Tre said with more anger then Billie did before.
"Yeah, Tre's right...," Billie said cautious of his words.
"WAIT ONE MINUTE!... Did you just... Say that Tre... Dare I say it... Was right?" Mike replied almost screaming at Billie.
"HEY!"
"Sorry Tre."
"It's ok."
"Now back to what I was saying Tre is right. Now, what does anyone want to do?"
"Well, since you asked... I would like to go to Washington D. C. And trash the White House...," Tre said afraid of what the others would say.
"Good old Tre you always has good ideas...," Mike said complimenting Tre.
"Thank you. Thank you," Tre replied breathing in at what Mike said.
"Now we must be on our way to Washington D. C.!" Billie exclaimed.
"YAY!"
"Off we go." Mike said with little joy in his words.
Now on the way there you can only imagine how bored they got. I mean it was half way across the country! Not much went on, on the ride there. There was an "I'm bored" every once and a while or maybe an "I have to piss" once or twice. So, they would stop every 4 hours or so to get snacks and to piss. But that's pretty much it... Boring huh.
When they got to West Virginia, in a city called Clarksburg, they stop at a Holiday Inn to get some sleep... But really, Billie was the only one that needed sleep because he was the one that was driving. The next morning they decided to find someone that knew their way around. They went to a neighborhood that looked nice and went door-to-door looking for people that knew who they were, liked their music, and had been to Washington D. C. It took hours... When they finally found an 18-year-old girl named Jessica.
She totally freaked out to find them at her door when she answered it. They took her to their car and took off.
"Do you have any friends that like our music?" Billie asked her as he was driving.
"Yes! My best friend Katie!" She yelled at the top of her lungs.
"Well, where does she live?" Mike asked.
"Do you mean she can come with us?" Jessica said in complete shock.
"Yup!" Tre answered.
"Ok, she lives in Stone wood."
"Well as you know I'm not from this place so where is that?" Billie asked.
"Ok I'll show you. Just keep going that way... "
When they got there, it was a very pleasant surprise for Katie. Of course it was, because they were the biggest Green Day fans in the city of Clarksburg.
"Ok you guys stay in the car and I'll be right back with Katie."
"Ok be pretty quick though remember we have to get to Washington D. C." Billie said looking at his watch.
"Ok"
Then she walked up to the door and knocked.
"Hello? Oh hey Jessica... What are you doing here?" Katie asked curiously.
"I will explain it to you in the house."
"Ok, now what?"
"Um.... I have Green Day out there...," Jessica said under her breath.
"Jessica... Seriously why are you here?"
"They came to my door looking for someone to take them to Washington D. C. To trash the
White House... So I went with them and then they asked if anyone I knew liked their music and you were the first person to come to my mind... "
"Are you ok do you need a doctor... Or is this some kind of mean trick?"
"Neither. Now come to the car and see...," Jessica said trying to rush her.
They walk out to the front of the house where Billie Joe, Mike, and Tre were in the car.
"See?"
"OMG! I LOVE YOU GUYS!"
Then she jumps on top of Tre.
"Ok get in the car." Billie said looking at this watch yet again.
"Off we go! Again... "
