Secret Affairs, chapter 1
It was Monday when Emma was walking home from school and she tripped over a tree root causing her to drop her books. To her horror 3 boys were walking behing her sniggering. Billie Joe ran to help her pick up her books.
"hi, do u need a hand ?" Billie Joe said laughing.
"erm yeah thanks" Emma said stuttering.
She couldn't help noticing that it wasn't just any old guy helping her but Billie Joe from the new band Green Day.
"It's Billie Joe right from Green Day, I just bought your new album "Kerplunk" would you sign it for me?"
Billie didn't speak he just gazed at her like he was in a trance.
"Sorry I suppose your busy then" Emma said embaressed.
"Oh no no it's just that, never mind. Come round to my house just now I live down the road." Billie Joe said.
"Great!" Emma said.
OMG I'm going to Billie Joe's house. Emma thought to her self.
"So, what school you at?"
"Erm, I'm ay eh Grove " Emma stuttered, starting to blush.
Billie Joe felt awkward. He wasn't sure what to say, he was to preoccupyed by Emma's bright green eyes, quite similar to his own .
Billie Joe and Emma chatted all the way to Billie Joe's flat. They had alot in common. When they reached the door they heard loud laughing from within the flat .
"Oh sorry that will be Mike, Tre, Laura and Carly mucking about." Billie Joe said quite dissapointed that it wouldn't just be him and Emma in the flat.
Billie Joe unlocked the door .
"hi!" Tre called . "And who's this then ?" Tre smirked .
"Oh yeah . Emma this is Tre , this is Mike , Laura and Carly."
"hiya " the four room mates chorused.
Mike pecked Carly on the cheek and offered everyone a beer.
Billie felt uncomfortable because Laura and himself had recently split up . Emma soon made friends with Laura and Carly and Emma soon made VERY close friends with Billie Joe . By 10 o clock Tre is feeling tipsy and Mike is all over Carly and the 2 leave the room to thier own flat ...
Laura goes to her room as well after a few beers .
Emma and Billie Joe are left alone .
" It was fun tonight Emma"
"Yeah ,it was good."
They gazed into each others eyes and then Billie Joe leaned forward to kiss her . Emma moved forward too. They broke up and smiled at each other . Billie Joe walked her back to her house only to find that she was locked out.
"oh no!" Emma gasped ."What am i going to do ?"
Secretly Emma was hoping he would offer for her to stay the night and Billie Joe seemed a little to happy about the whole thing ...
