THE TRIAL
They walked down the huge court room. Billie Joe and the guys were still in cuffs. Billie was looking at his feet.
He looked up at the judge and then gaped.
"Please be seated Mr. Armstrong." he said.
It was the clerk from the music store!
"YOU!" Billie shouted.
"Mr. Armstrong!" Be seated in this courtroom or you will be automatically trialed guilty!"
The guy acted like he didn't know him.
They sat down. Tre's loyer, Mr. Darnley was there, he was Irish.
"Can the people in the court be seated!" The judge shouted.
He banged his mallet.
"Mr. Darnley, please call your first witness."
"Yes your honor, I call to the stand, Mike Dirnt."
Mike walked up to the stand and sat behind it.
"Now, Mr. Dirnt, -
"Can you call me Mike? It makes me feel so old."
"Alright, Mike. Tell me, where were you last night..."
The questioning went on for hours. Billie acted calm wen it was his turn, he anwserd truthfully.
Then it wsa Tre's turn...
"Oh fuck, what if Tre starts to make a joke out of this?" Mike whispered.
"Don't worry, Tre now's when something serious happens."
He walked up to the stand.
"WISH ME LUCK BILLIE!" Tre shouted across the room.
"Order in the court!" The Jusge yelled.
"Oh, okay. I'll have a cheese burger, fries, and a rootbeer. Thanks. I hope you're a good chef."
"SILENCE!"
Tre smirked.
"Now, uh... Tre. Where were you yesterday at three o' clock?"
"How the fuck am I supposed to know? I could've been anywhere!"
"Just where were you yesterday, Mr. Cool."
"First, I was in the bathroom, and holy shit did I need to piss!"
"No profanities, please."
"I'm a man! I don't have a-"
"What about last night Mr. Cool?" The loyer quickly said.
