Death By Train, chapter 2
Billie Joe walked down to the garages where he met Mike, with all his little admirers. Alex was there aswell. She was delibratly ingoring him. So he walked up to her.
"Look, Alex. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. It was just a shock, that's all. No harm done."
"Yeah, no harm done for you! Ever thought about me? No, that's a stupid question isn't it! You only care about yourself!" Alex glared at him.
"But Alex..." Billie Joe begun, but Alex just walked away without looking back at him.
Billie Joe swore under his breath and went over to Mike.
"Mike. Where's Tré?"
"Oh, he went off with Demi."
"What? Oh, that girl he met the other day you mean?"
"That's the one!" Said Mike grinning.
Billie Joe turned around when he heard footsteps running.
"Hey Mike!" A girl called Kayleigh shouted.
Mike turned around.
"Oh, hi Kayleigh. How you doing?" Mike asked
"Fine thanks you? Oh, yeah. Billie Joe, Tré's down by the school if you wanted to know. He's with Demi."
Billie Joe pulled a face. Mike laughed.
"Should I go and get them to come down here?" Kayleigh asked
"Yeah, ok. See you in a minute."
Billie Joe jumped up onto the garage.
"You coming up, Mike?" He called
"Yeah, ok. Hang on, I'm coming."
"Oohh, are you now?" Billie Joe teased.
"Oh shut up. You know what I mean!" Mike said.
"Yeah, so do you really like Kayleigh then?" Billie Je asked when Mike had climbed up.
"Hmm, yeah. Sort of."
Billie Joe snorted.
"Sort of? Is that it?" He stared laughing.
"Yeah, well I don't see you with anyone!" Mike said
BIllie Joe stopped laughing at once.
"I haven't found the right person yet. But she'll come though." Billie Joe said warily.
"Hey Mike, Billie Joe!" A voice called.
They looked up too see Tré climbing up, with Demia nd Kayleigh right behind him.
"Hi, nice to see you turn up at last!"
"Sorry. We were, um, caught up with, er, something." Tré said.
"Hmm, I wonder what..." Mike said and they all started laughing.
"So, what do you want to play then?"
They all looked around at Billie Joe, also known as 'the mischeif maker. Billie Joe answered
"I think I've got a great idea coming!"

"But Alex..." Billie Joe begun, but Alex just walked away without looking back at him.
