Maybe, Maybe Not, chapter 2
**Adie's POV**
Billie called me around 9 o'clock that morning, which it strange because he never usally is up that early. But anyway, the phone rang while I was making breakfast.
"Hello?" I said, picking up the portable phone.
"Hey Adie, it's Billie." Billie said in his sweet voice.
"Oh, Hi hun. What are you doing up so early?"
"Well, I stupidly forgot to turn my alarm clock off. But anyway, I'm going to the studio with the guys, want to meet us there?" he said, I could hear some noise in the backround, it sounded like Tre talking about someone named --- Rosie? Or was it Tommy? Well, Tre will be Tre.
"Sure, I'll be over in a few minuets." I said.
"OK. See you then, my darling." Billie said in the sweetest voice you could imagin.
"Bye, love you." I said, just as sweetly.
"Bye, babes. I love you too." We both hung up and then I grabbed my purse, and headed for the car. On the way to the studio, I couldn't help but wonder why Billie wanted me there. Usally he wanted time to himself when he was working.
**Billie's POV**
"Mike, I'm so fuckin glad you remembered Adie's birthday. I can not believe I forgot!" I said tacking up a big banner Tre and I had made. It was very colorful and had HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADIE in big, bold letters. Mike was standing on a chair a few feet away tacking the other side of the banner to the wall.
"Yeah, it was a good thing I remembered." Mike said, stepping down from the chair.
"Billie, what did you get Adie for a preasant?" Tre asked from across the room, he was just taking some ice cream out of our mini fridge. I don't have any idea why we always had ice cream in there, but we always did.
"Yeah Billie, you went into the jewlers so fast on the way over here, you never even showed us what you got." Mike said.
"I got her this necklace." I said, pulling a silver chain with a beautiful dimond sparkling in the center. "And, I'm also going to take her out for dinner tonight."
"Jeeze Billie! How much did that thing cost?" Tre asked.
"Uh.. Dunno, I used Visa." I responded.
"Well, I got her a BLUE bunny, from that magazine. I called them up and told that dude that I needed it today." Tre said. Mike rolled his eyes, but I couldn't help but laugh... It seemed Tre was obessesed with those things.
"What? You have a problem with Charlie?" Tre asked. Mike raised his eyebrows.
"Who is Charlie?" Mike said confused.
"ADIES BUNNY!" Tre said, getting annoyed. I was cracking up though, and soon Mike saw the humor in this and started laughing too. Tre eventully joined in and soon the entire studio rang with laughter.
We all stopped as soon as we heard Adie's car come to a stop.
"The lights!" I whispered. Tre immediatly turned the lights off, and the blinds were already closed, so the room was pretty dark for 10 in the morning.
**Adie's POV**
I knocked on the studio door a few times but no one came to answer. Well, they probubly cant hear over Tre's drums, I thought. I opened the door and couldn't see a thing... Well sort of. It was pretty dark but I could see a little. I reached my hand for the light switch and flicked it on. Then everything came into view. A banner saying "HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADIE!" was hung on the wall. Wait a minuet, TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY! I COMPLETLY FORGOT! I thought to myself.
"SURPRISE!" Billie, Mike, and Tre yelled. Billie was hiding behind a lather chair and Mike was under a table with a table cloth, and Tre was behind the mini fridge. I screamed out of complete joy when Billie ran over to me and picked me up off the ground into a big hug. I kissed him on the top of his head and whispered in his ear:
"I love you."
"I love you too, Adie." Billie Joe said kissing me up the neck.
"OK, come on you love birds! The ice cream is melting!" Tre said, already scooping ice cream out of the contaner.
