A Heart That Isn't Broken Yet, chapter 17

Mike walked into Kim's room. She was laying there with a newborn baby girl. Mike went over to Kim's bedside.

"Isn't she beautiful?" Kim said.

Mike went out to get everyone else.

"Wow, Kim, she is beautiful," Amber said.

"Yeah, Mike, she looks like you," Tre said. Amber hit Tre on his side.

"So, what are you going to name her?" Micky asked.

"I'm not sure. What do you think?"

Mike shrugged.

"Well, I like the name Savana," Kim said. Mike liked the name.

"Yeah, that's a good name."

"Why don't you name it Tre?" Tre replied.

"Tre, she isn't a BOY!"

"Okay."

Everyone went back into the waiting room so Kim could get some sleep. Amber went up to Tre.

"Can we go home now, because I have to check something."

She told Micky that she was leaving by herself. Tre wanted to stay. Micky went with her. "Where we going?"

"I have to go to the store." Micky laughed.

"Amber, are you pregnant?" Amber nodded.

"That's why I'm checking." Amber walked into the store with Micky and bought a test.

"Okay, wait here. I'll be right back."

Micky waited in the living room.

"Amber, are you done yet? Its been, like, ten minutes." Amber came back out. "So are you pregnant?"

"Micky, can you look at it? I'm freaked out."

Micky walked over to the bathroom.

"Yeah, you're not pregnant."

Amber was upset.

"Oh."

Amber didnt want to tell Tre. So she didn't.

"Okay, let's go back to the hospital."

Mike and Billie were getting coffee. Tre was in the room with Kim, talking to her.

The doctor came in.

"Kim, you may be able to leave tomorow."

Kim nodded. "Okay."

Billie walked in with coffee.

"Here." He handed her some coffee.

"Thanks."

"Where are Amber and Micky?"

"I think she went home to check on something," Tre said.
