I got up extra early today. I didnt want to keep Adie waiting. Prom is in 1 week.
I'm going to ask her. You would think because she's my girlfriend I woudnt need to but I want to just incase! I grabbed the fake rose I baught for her and headed to her house. I knocked on the door and out came her farther. I went all shivery and nervous. He's really pretective over her!
"Hi mr nesser, is Adie there?" I stuttered. He frowned at me.
"Call me Jack." He finnaly took of his strict face and put on a smile.
"You no your the first guy not to mess her around. Your ok kid"He said.
"Thankyou." I smiled. Adie appered at the door. She looked beautiful. She always does but today she looked even more... Gorgeus. She was wearing a short black dress and her long silky black hair was down. I no why she looked different.
Her side fringe usually covered her eyes. Today it was clipped firmly back.
I had forgotten how pritty her eyes were! She kissed me quickly. I was shocked shed done that infront of her farther! He gave me a that stern look again.
"Get lost"He yelled at the two of us. We walked to the bus stop. Everyone turned round and stared at us. As usual.
"OoO. Wait ive forgotten something." Adie said skipping back to her house.
Her hand let go of mine. I was on my own. Only for five minutes.
A girl in my class came up to me. Laura. She had long blonde hair, glasses. She was so doppy! She was one of those girls that trys to hard. She hates Adie.
Simply because I was going out with her.
"Hi Billie Joe." She said all giggly. She did a really stupid face.
"What the hells up with you!" I said not sure if she was smiling frowning or just being a dick head.
"My cats dying." She said pretending to be sad." So you wanna go to prom with me?" She all of a suddenly said. I looked at her in disgust.
Adie came skipping down the path once again. She had something behind her back. I ran to her as if shed been gone for years.
"Adie I love you." I said hugging her.
"I love you two. Laura scaring you." She laughed playing with my hair.
"Yeah. She said my whole name and asked me to... Never mind"I said in a voice feeling sorry for myself.
"OoOo iddle Billie!" She laughed handing me 4 pieces of paper.
"Operation ivy tickets. You fucking rule!" I screeched.
"I no!" She laughed.
"I'm going to take me, Tre Mike and... Theres no one else really." I laughed winding Adie up.
"How bout you take Laura." She laughed.
"But your way prittier then her!" I laughed sliding the ticket down her top balencing it on her bra.
"Very clever!" She laughed pulling it out and handing it me.
"I lose everything baby. You hold em!" She laughed putting them in my mouth.
"Ahh ay"I tryed to say.
We got to school and went to our usual hang out. Tre and Mike were there smoking as usual. Mike passed me one. I took a drag of it and blew the smoke in Adie's mouth.
"MMMM Adie second hand smokes just as bad!" I laughed as she blew it out.
"Just as bad our just as good!" She smiled. We looked into eachothers eyes.
Her brown shiny eyes. You just get sucked in by them. I feel like I'm in a trance.
Now its gone. We turned around to see Laura staring at us both.
"What." I said.
"Will you go with me to Prom you never answered me this morning." She smiled.
Adie looked at her in shock. I held Adie's rigiling body tight. She would do Laura some series damage. It makes me laugh. She looks small and daintey but ive seen her fight her brothers. Ouch.
