Things will change, chapter 2
When she came home she found her mom, dad and her much older sister sitting at the table. "What's wrong?" Abbie said looking very worried. "Abbie, I'm afraid we have some bad news", her dad said. "W-what's wrong... ?" Abbie stuttered. She was now as white as the snow when it first falls in winter. "Well me and your mom have decided to move back to England", he said quietly. Abbie just looked at them for a few minutes and then ran up to her room and locked the door.
For a while Abbie just sat there not knowing what to do. Should she be happy knowing that she would see her old friends again? Or should she be sad knowing that she would never see Natasha again? She was so upset that she wouldn't eat all night. Eventually her mom and dad started to worry about her as she had been up in her room all day and didn't even come down for food.
The next day Natasha started to worry as Abbie didn't show up for band practice. "She probably isn't feeling too well", Christie said. "No, she would always call and tell me. There's something wrong here", Natasha said feeling sick.
Abbie heard a knock on the door. "Abbie someone is here to see you", her mom called. "I'm not in the mood... GO AWAY!!" Abbie screamed. "Abbie?" Natasha said quietly. "Natasha?" Abbie replied. Abbie was still sobbing and didn't want Natasha to see her like this so she pulled the covers over her head hoping that Natasha wouldn't take them off her.
"Abbie, what's wrong... I mean why weren't you at practice today?" Natasha asked quietly. "Well... " Abbie said.
As Abbie told Natasha the whole story and about how upset she was, Natasha felt a tear roll down her face. Abbie had been her first best friend and Natasha didn't know what she would do without her. She didn't know what to say. Should she tell Abbie It would be ok, even though she knew it wouldn't be? Or should she tell her exactly what she thought, which was that the band would have to break up and that they would probably never see each other again? She didn't know what to say so she said nothing which made Abbie worry even more.
"So... what do we do?" Abbie asked. "I'm not sure... is there any way you can stay", Natasha asked. "WAIT!!! I've just had a brilliant idea!!!" Abbie screamed. "Well what is it then!!" Natasha screeched. "You will just have to wait!!!" Abbie said going downstairs.
