Accident at the Square, chapter 6

After ten minutes of slapping and shaking Heather trying to get her awake, Angie gave up," I need a taser..." she thought aloud, "I thought we're trying to get her awake, not kill her..." Jack said. Angie glared up at him then took out her cell phone. It was a black razor, her present from last years birthday, "What's that?" Jack asked. Angie looked down at it, "What do yo- Ohhh..." She said before finishing her sentence, "It's nothing, Just a piece of trash.." she said, tossing it behind her in the grass. She gave out a quiet whimpering noise as it landed. It landed next to Mike, so he picked it up off the ground and opened it, "A phone?" he asked, examining it. Jack looked at Angie, "Where'd you say you were from?" he asked. Angie looked up at him and sighed, "You wouldn't belive me if I told you..." she said. Jack grew wide-eyed, "Holy crap! She's from Mars!" he said and jumped back in his car. Both Angie and Mike watched him, both thinking he was crazy. "No, I'm not from Mars..." she said. "I'm actually from Georgia, just..." she trailed off, "So then... Is it safe to come out?" Jack asked, "Yes Jack, it's safe..." Angie said rolling her eyes. Jack reluctantly climbed out of the totalled car.

Angie looked back down at Heather, her eyes flickering open, "Finally..." Angie muttered, "What happened...?" Heather asked, "Wreck," Angie said simply. Heather shot up from the ground, "You okay?" Mike asked her. Heather looked up at him and nodded slowly, "... Do you know what this is?" Mike asked, showing her Angie's cell phone, "Yeah, that's Anige's cell phone..." she said, rubbing the back of her head, feeling a knot, "Oww..." she muttered. Mike and Jack exchanged glances, then looked back at Angie and Heather, "Heather, I could kill you right now.." Angie whispered. Then Jack got an idea as to where they were from, "What's the date?" he asked her. Angie grew wide-eyed as Heather answered the question, "April tenth, two-thousand six, the day after Angie's birthday... Why?" she said. Angie covered her face with her hands as Mike and Jack exchanged glances again. Heather looked at Angie, "What's wrong?" she asked, "What's wrong, you ask? Well, for starters, you exposed us..." Angie muttered, "Dumbass..." she added. Heather blinked at her then looked around, "Where are we anyway?" she asked. Angie looked back at her, "Berkley, Califorina..." she said, cocking an eyebrow. Heather's eyes widened as her memory came back to her and gasped, "Oh..." she said, looking back at Mike and Jack, "So... You're from the future?" he asked. Angie nodded, "More or less..." she said. Then she turned to Mike, "Can I have my cell phone back?" she asked. He handed it to her, "Thanks..." she said and put it back in her pocket. "So what now?" Mike asked.

*Current time*

Angie's mother drove up in front of the Blimpie's and honked her horn. No one came out. She sighed and parked the car and went inside, "You all ready to go home?" she asked. All of Angie's friends looked at from one of the booths. She noticed something was missing, but couldn't quite put her finger on it. Then she figured it out, "Where are Angie and Heather?" she asked. All of them shrugged, too shocked to say much of anything.
