"Aiden?" I said shyly, "Who do you like?"
"Why do you ask?"
"Well, do you know who I like?"
"No... "He said confused.
"Well, you can't tell?" I said hoping he would figure it out.
"No, I can't, but I think I have an idea." He said looking into my eyes.
Oh my gosh, look at his eyes! I thought to myself, look at those deep blue eyes. They're beautiful.
"Adrienne? Adrienne?" Aiden said, interrupting my thoughts.
"What? Oh sorry. I was, ummm, thinking." I said as I visibly blushed. "Well what I wanted to say is that-"
"You like me?" He said in the middle of my sentence.
"Yes, I like you." I said clearly blushing again. "I'm an idiot. I am so sorry. I said while getting up. I won't bother you again."
"No, no, no come here. Let's talk about it." He said, blushing a little.
"Okay, fine with me. What do you want to say?"
"No, what do we want to say," He said putting emphasis on the "we," "first I want to say, I think we should stay friends. If we go out, and break up, I don't want to end up like my past girlfriends and like your past boyfriends, not talking. There is a chance where we could stay friends, but that chance is too unlikely, and I don't want to risk it all."
"Okay," I said almost crying, "okay let's stay friends. But if you do develop feelings for me, tell me, I would want to know. Okay?"
"Okay," he said taking my hand, "I'll tell you."
"Hi, is Paeton there?"
"This is her."
"Oh, hi Pae! Guess what!"
"Hmmm, you get to meet Fall Out Boy and go on tour with them?" Paeton said laughing.
"Noo... I wish, but okay, I told-"
"You confessed your love for Aiden?" She said mischievously.
"Well..."
"What?! You did? When? Why? Are you crazy?!" Paeton said in shock.
"Well, that's what I've been told. Yes, I told him. We talked and we agreed it's best that we just stay friends and not ruin anything."
"Wow, you've got more guts than me, that's for sure!"
"Thanks, well I'm going to go now, I just had to tell you the news." I said happily. "Bye Paeton!"

Wow Paeton, I just really met her this year. She's a freshman of college and she knew Aiden all through school. I just met her and yet, she's like a sister to me. She portrays a tough girl on the outside, but she can be soft. She is very brave but there are just some things she can't do. I thought to myself.
