Tre's POV
I sat there and waited for her reaction. But she just sat there. 'I finally have the courage to tell her and she just sits there!? Wait, what am I saying! She's been through so much, I can't blame her.' I felt like smacking myself for thinking that.
She swallowed hard and opened her mouth to speak.
Looking me in the eye once more, she slowly leaned in and kissed my softly on the lips.
"Tre'...."
She sighed.
"I...I don't know what to say."
"Y-You don't need to say anything. I'll just go."
Getting up from the couch I walked to the front door and tried to find my shoes. I couldn't really find them because my eyes were blurry from the tears swelling in my eyes. I bit my lip and forced them back. Whiping my eyes Dani walked over to me and gave me a warm hug. I smiled, knowing that she still cared for me, even if she didn't love me.
Dani's POV
"Tre', I'm so sorry. It's just...I love someone else."
"I know. Billie."
I nodded.
"I love -oh my God. Tre'. do me a favour sweetie and watch Michelle for me. I'll be back by morning."
Tears swelled in my eyes. And he looked so confused, but just nodded.
"Oh my God I love him...oh my God." I repeated driving in the car.
Pulling into his drivway I slammed on the brakes and ran up to his front door. It was already one in the morning, but I knew he wouldn't care.
I started slamming my fists against his door and screaming his name. It turned into some sobs.
Then I completely lost it, I cried my eyes out and just kneeled by his door, with my head in my hands.
"I love you so much. I know I broke your heart. And I should be murdered for it, but I never realised how much I loved you until now. Please forgive me." I whispered.
I knew he couldn't hear me, but I had to say it. I knelt there crying for at least 10 minutes, and he still didn't come to the door. I felt like rolling over and dying. 'I can't give up' I said to myself. Standing up again, I started pounding my fists onto his front door and screaming his name even louder.
"I LOVE YOU! I'M SO SORRY!" I screamed.
"Keep it down out there you crazy woman!" His next door neighbour yelled at me. Just then he opened the door, his eyes were red and puffy, and his face was damp. The tears streamed down my face. We looked each other in the eye. All of a sudden, I jumped into his arms and he kissed me, I kissed him back. I wrapped my legs around his waiste and he carried me upstairs. My arms were wrapped around his neck. He carried me through his door and kicked it shut. Setting me on his bed we broke apart for a few seconds. "I love you so much Mike." Without any further words, we started passionatly kissing again, he slid off his shirt, then slid off mine. Trying to kiss and take off our pants and underwear at the same time was pretty difficult, but it was worth it. We fell onto the bed and I knew he forgave me and loved me still.
Billie's POV
"Adie...who you talking to?"
I opened the door a bit more to hear screaming and yelling. Adrienne, of course, was very calm. I gave a sigh of relief of find she was breaking up with William over the phone.
"Will, I'm sorry...well. Not really,but that's not the point. I am happily married to Billie, and it will stay that way. I made a mistake." She listened to what he had to say, taking the phone off of speaker phone (She had the phone on speaker because she was getting changed.)
She hung up the phone and sighed. Looking up she smiled seeing me at the door. Remembering what I was about to tell her, I bit my lip, holding back my tears. A pain of guilt swept over me remembering I had Michelle with Dani. I knew I had to tell Adrienne, I just hoped she wouldn't think less of me. I still loved her more than anything.
