Nobody Likes You So Get Over It, chapter 1
*Tires screeching*
"Mom!"
*Crash*
"Please don't leave me!"
Eveline's POV
I woke up with a cold sweat and a headache while tears were pouring out of my eyes.
"Mom!" I yelled quietly while holding my head in my hands. My sparkling brown eyes scanning my cream-carpeted floor. I looked to my left and my clock said 6:53 AM. I sighed and got up to go and take a shower. After my shower I looked at myself in the mirror.
"God! I'm so ugly!"
After I got done looking at myself, I got dressed. I put on my mini dark purple skirt, knee socks, and my white button-up shirt. Then, I grabbed my stuff and walked to school.
"Great! I have to go to a new school in the middle of the school year!" I sighed and kept walking. At my old school, I had a boyfriend, but he got caught cheating on me so I met up with him and the next day he went to school with a broken nose. My friends say that I'm pretty tough and I fight my own battles....................... Unless it's 5 against 1. The one thing that I'm happy about is that my two best friends are at the new school that I'm going to.
"Hey Ev!" I looked up and saw Kaylah running toward me while her short brown hair in pigtails were bouncing up and down. My face immediately lit up.
"Hi Kaylah!"
"I'm so happy we get to be in the same school!"
"Yeah, me too!"
"We have 15 minutes until school starts, so watcha wanna do?"
"Let's look for Tabby."
"Okay!"
We ran to the schoolyard and looked around.
"Hey, there she is!" Kaylah screamed. We ran over to Tabitha and we all did our secret handshake. Tabitha's hair was in a ponytail that went down to her waist.
"When has your hair gotten so long?"
"It's always been this long."
"Oh, well can you guys show me where my locker is?"
"Sure!" they said at the same time. They took me to my locker and I took everything out of my book bag and into my locker. The bell rang.
"Sorry Ev, but we have to go to class. Your first period is five doors down to your left." Tabitha said while walking the opposite way.
"Okay thanks!" I yelled back. I found the room and walked in. I slowly walked to the teacher's desk and said, "Hi, my name's Eveline and I'm the new student." "Oh yes. Hello, I'm Mrs. Santoro, the Science teacher. You may take a seat anywhere you'd like to." I took a seat next to a boy with blondish hair.
"Hi." I said quietly.
"Hey, I'm Frank but you can call me Tre... All my friends do anyway."
"So... Am I considered a friend?"
"Yeah... I guess."
"Alrighty. In that case, hello Tre I'm Eveline but you can call me Ev."
"Hello Ev."
I started to laugh. We talked for a while and I learned a lot about Tre. Once Mrs. Santoro left to deliver something to another teacher, Tre and I talked a little bit more, and then he stopped because somebody was throwing paper at him. We both turned around and at his kid with blue hair that was wearing all black was the one who was doing it.
"Tre, you can do better than this whore!" he yelled. Tre's face turned bright red and he shouted back, "Fuck off Billie Joe!" The bell rang so I grabbed my stuff and left as fast as I could.
Okay. The day continues... I go to my classes and then it's the 10-minute break.
Kaylah, Tabitha and me walked outside. Then, I bumped into someone. "Oh, sorry." I turned around and saw a guy with blonde hair and blue eyes.
"Hi." I said.
"Hey, I'm Mike. What's your name?"
"Eveline, but you can call me Ev. And this is Kaylah and t his is Tabitha." I said while pointing to them.
"Hi." Tabitha said to Mike. We all sat in the grass in a circle then began to talk.
"Heyyyyy!" I turned around and saw Tre running toward us.
"Hey!" said Mike and me at the same time.
""Hey Mike. Hey Ev. Who's this hot chick?" he asked looking at Kaylah.
"That's Kaylah and this is Tabitha."
"Cool." Tre said while sitting next to Kaylah.
"Hey beautiful!" Tre said. Kaylah started blushing like mad.
"Do you know Billie Joe?" I asked everybody.
Tre said, "Billie? He's an asshole. Mike and Kaylah nodded their heads in agreement. But Tabitha was staring at Mike.
"Tabby?" I asked while snapping my fingers.
"Hello? Tabitha?"
"Huh?" Tabitha asked me, waking up out of her trance.
"What?"
"We were talking about Billie Joe and how he was throwing paper at me, but you were too busy in a love trance with Mike!" Tre yelled while he was laughing. Tabitha and Mike's faces turned bright red. Tabitha stood up and ran away quickly.
"I'll go and see what's up." Mike said standing up and heading toward the direction that Tabitha ran to.
Tabitha's POV
"Oh, my god! Why the fuck would Tre embarrass me like that?" I said to myself. I walked backwards into a tree and slid down onto the ground. I put my head in my hands while thinking, "Mike probably thinks that I'm weird. Should I go back and talk to him? But, wow! Mike's eyes! They sparkle so beautifully... Especially when he's excited or happy. I blame Billie! If he would have never thrown paper at Tre and we wouldn't have started the conversation and I probably wouldn't be in this situation! Oh my god! Somebody's coming! Do I look behind me?" I just sat there and waited for whoever the person was, came.
Nobody's POV
Mike walked over and sat down next to Tabitha.
"Hey." Mike said quietly. Tabitha didn't respond, she just sat there in silence and stared down at the ground.
"Look... I know Tre embarrassed you but I-" Mike was cut off by Tabitha saying, "Embarrassed me? Mike, I'm more than embarrassed! I want to fucking kill myself! Tre should go and die and go to fucking hell! Tre makes me so mad!" Tabitha looked at Mike and started giggling.
"What?"
"Nothing."
"What?"
"Nothing."
"Tell me!"
"It's nothing!"
"Then why are you laughing?"
"I don't know."
"Fine!" Mike sat there with the puppy dogface, and Tabitha started laughing.
"Oh, no! Not again with the laughing! Please! Just tell me why you're laughing this time!"
"Okay! This time I'm laughing because the puppy dog look is so cute!"
"Yeah. I know!"
Tabitha watched Mike, his hair blowing slowly in the breeze. He looked so gentle.
Mike's POV
"I'm so bored." I thought to myself. I closed my eyes and leaned my head against the tree.

Tabitha sat there for about 5 minutes before putting her head on Mike's shoulder and they both fell asleep together.
