What The Flip?!, chapter 6
Since Tre had no clue how to snowboard, Tyler and I helped him out.
''Okay watch what I do. '' I said. I jumped up, and went off the jump and landed it. I stopped, and said,
''Okay you try it guys! '' (We were teaching Billie and Mike too. ) Billie jumped up, and went off the jump. Next came Mike, and he landed it. Tre jumped up, and went off of it. He landed it, but went all over the place. He went on the out of bounds area, and I followed, along with Tyler, Mike and Billie. I stopped, and looked around. Tre was nowhere to be found. We followed the path that he made, and it went off of a gigantic drop. We stopped on the edge, and saw Tre stopped at the bottom, looking around.
''Well here I go. Hope I don't die. '' I said. I then moved forward, and jumped off. I screamed, and landed it. I went over by Tre, and we watched the rest come down. They all landed it, and came over.
''So uh... Where are we? '' Mike asked. I looked around. We were surrounded by untouched backcountry. There were no signs of civilization anywhere. I looked back up at the drop, and there were no ways around it to get back up.
''Well I guess we're going to have to go down to the bottom of the mountain and over to the freeway. '' I said.
''How far is that? '' Tre asked.
''I'd say about 5 miles. ''
''Damn. Well, we better get going! ''
''Okay. ''
We took off with Tyler and myself leading. I came across a fallen tree and jumped on it, grinding it like a rail.
''Weee! '' Once I jumped off of it, there was another gigantic drop. I screamed, and instead of landing right, I wrecked and tumbled a bit. Once I stopped I looked around.
I was all by myself, surrounded by millions of snow-covered trees.
