Raising Juliet, chapter 1
Juliet walked in the classroom of her new school. Once again she heard the same old whispers as before. She coudnt deny it. They would laugh at her even more. If she made friends they would want to come to her house and then they would see him. She looked the spitting image of her father as well.
Adrienne and Billie had Juliet very young. For 5 years she was their only child.
Juliet was used to being on her own. She loved her parents. She loved them all to herself. She was a spoilt child. But when Adrienne and Billie's second child was born Joey was the days when warning was around. The days when she got showed discipline. The days when her parents didnt pay her as much attention. Billie developed a drinking problem and didn't know he had a family and Adrienne was too busy moaning at him or sorting out the 'new baby'. Juliet was 5. She got forced to grow up quickly.
She takes a seat on her own since no one else has welcomed her to there groups. Some are laughing, saying "grebo" and some are amazed that the daughter of Billie Joe Armstrong is in the room. A tall girl, a shorter girl and a blonde girl come round her.
"Hi. You must be..." The shorter girl looks at the tall girl waiting for her to finish her sentence as she obviously cant remember her name.
"Juliet," the blonde girl said. "Armstrong."
"How did you know?" Juliet said with a bit of sarcasm in her voice.
"You're that Billie's daughter aren't you?" the shorter one said. "I'm Emma, this is Katie and this is Hannah."
"Erm no thats just a...Hi I'm...Forget it!" Juliet said as the girls seem to think they know everything about her already.
"So what's it like knowing your dad's a really hot rock star?" Katie asked.
"Well I dont see him as 'hot' 'cause that would be a crime!" Juliet sighed. It was more then obvious that they were only trying to be friends because of Green Day.
Adrienne and Billie are dropping off little Jakob at kindergarten class. No one stops them or bothers them there. The only people that are there are house wives and small children. Both of which will not have heard or do not have time to listen to that sort of music or music at all! Billie sighs. He feels so peaceful here. It's not the nicest place. It's not dossy either, it was the fact that nobody's screaming down his ear hole that they really love him or really despise him. "Do you hear that 80?" he asked.
"Yeah those kids are really fighting each..."
"No. No one's screaming at me! It's next to peaceful." Adrienne looks at him as if he's just fell off the back of the loony truck.
"Or next to ear damage!" she laughed.
Juliet ran home as fast as she could. Groups of people had been chasing her to find out were she lived. She ran inside and burst in the kitchen taking heavy breaths. She fell to the floor and finaly opened her eyes. "AHHHHHHHHHHH!" She thought she was dreaming. The person helped her of the floor. Her legs turned to jelly. Not because of all the running but because of the guy she had a major crush on was standing near her.
"You know Frank Iero don't ya Jewls?" Billie said smirking.
"Yeah. Thanks for helping me up. Sup boys?" she asked the rest of MCR. She looked down at the floor. Her MCR bag had emptied revaling all her books covered in pictures of Frank. She quickly picked them up and ran upstairs.
