Tré's Magical Adventure, chapter 4

"I love shopping!" exclaimed Tré as he wandered around town. His hands were already full with bags of different items that he had bought. "Where to next?" asked Tré out loud. "Of course!" yelled Tre loudly, causing half the street to turn and look. "I need some eyeliner," said Tré ignoring the curious faces.

"To Boots," said Tré making a superhero pose. Tré ran down the street (well he quickly walked because of all the bags). Tré pushed past an elderly woman with a walking stick to get inside the store.

Tré waddled over to the make up section. He was surprised by how many different types of eyeliner available. Usually he just stole Billie Joes. Tré picked up the nearest eyeliner pencil and stumbled over to the check out. After he had bought his eyeliner and after many strange looks from the woman at the counter, he picked up his bags and walked out the door.

A girl ran after him clutching one of Tré's bags. "I think you forgot this," said the pretty, red headed, handing him his bag.

"OH MY GOD!" exclaimed Tré. "You're the girl from the shop that I was in yesterday!" The girl looked puzzled as she thought back to the previous day and then she smiled remembering.

"Well... .um... bye," said the girl, skipping down the street.

Tré looked at his watch, "4 o clock," said Tré to himself, "I better be getting back. Now, where is the bus stop?" Tré wandered down the street in the direction the red head had gone.

When he reached the end of the street he saw a red circular sign, "Stad Bus" read Tré out loud. "Is that the right bus?" asked Tré out loud.

"It means bus stop," said a voice behind him. Tré turned to look at the speaker. The red headed girl he had seen earlier stared back at him.

"Ahh!" yelled Tré dropping three of his bags. "Why do you keep following me?" Tré asked her.

'I'm not following you. You seem to be following me. I was in Japan first, I was in Boots first and I was at the bus stop first." replied the girl.

"Leave me alone," said Tre picking up his bags, 'I'm cooler than you, I have a Mohawk."

A bus pulled in on the curve and Tré quickly waddled on. Tre was about to get onto a seat when the bus driver said, 'Hey you with the pointy hair, you haven't paid."

Tré walked back to the front of the bus, "Do you know who I am?" asked Tré.

"Obviously not, now pay or get off the bus." Tré routed around in his pockets looking for some change and started mumbling something about what a disgrace it was that a famous person had to pay a bus fare.

Finding change in his pocket was quite hard since he had spent most of it and had half a dozen bags in his hands. Eventually the red headed girl paid for him.

Tré clambered into a seat near the back of the bus. The bus was almost completely full Tré noticed. It was not long before a youngish girl sat down beside him. She was wearing a Green Day jumper and a Nirvana t-shirt.

"Hi Tré' she said happily, sitting down beside him. She turned back to her friend. She tried talking to her friend but her friend's mouth was open and she was staring at Tré. The girl in the Nirvana t-shirt started waving her hand in front of her friends face. "OH MY GOD!" said her friend finally.

What?' asked the girl in the Nirvana t-shirt.
"That's Tre Cool," she said pointing a finger at Tré.
"OH MY GOD!" said the Nirvana t-shirt wearing girl, "You're even hotter in real life. Can we have your autograph?"

"Okay," said Tré taking out his eyeliner pencil. 'At least someone knows who I am,' thought Tré to himself. He signed their paper bags. "Well I got to go, this is my stop," said Tré, standing up, "But hopefully I'll see you two hotties around."

They both giggled. Tre climbed off the bus almost tripping down the steps. Tré wandered back to the hotel. As he got inside he saw Billie Joe, Mike and the two Jasons at the top of the stairs talking happily to each other.

Tré clambered up the stairs to meet them. Just as he got to the top he tripped on the last step. His bags flew up in the air. All of his purchases were scattered on the ground. Everyone except Mike laughed hysterically.
