When They Came Around, chapter 5
They finally arrived at Tre's house, after almost being pulled over by a cop for 'drink-driving', but Tre was completely sober, no joke. "Aw, fuck I'm hungry," Shez said. She hadn't eaten since about the same time yesterday: 6:30 PM. Tre said,
"Yeah. Foooood..." and he went into the kitchen to get food, as Shez lay down on the couch. Tre came over to Shez and said "Damn, there's no food left in there... BUT...I do have alcohol!!," pulling out 2 bottles of beer from behing his back. He passed a bottle to Shez and started drinking from another one. Shez said,
"So, how bout we get pizza?"
"Only if we get every topping possible on it!" Tre said, putting down his beer to go ring the pizza place.

15 MINUTES LATER...
[The doorbell rings.]
Tre got up to get the door, losing his balance in the process. He had had 5 bottles of beer in the last 1/4 hour. He opened the door to see a blurry Pizza Lady. He said, very drunk, "Hey you're sexy..You brung pizza!" He grabbed the pizza off her. Shez got up and took the pizza off Tre. She whispered to the pizza chick.
"Don't mind him, he's a little drunk..."
"A LITTLE?!" she screamed back in her face. Tre put his hand on the lady's shoulder and said,
"You, mister, you have big hair...You dunno me...Get out! Take tha.." He tried to punch her, with bad attempt, falling over onto the ground. The lady ran to her car, hoping never to go back there again. Shez put the pizza on the coffee table, took a slice and ate it. Guess he's crashin' there tonight, she thought, smiling at the drunk Tre Cool by the front door.

Tre woke up first, at 8:30 AM, with a really bad headache. He went to the bathroom to get a Panadol, (his favourite drug). noticing 3/4 of a pizza with a lot of toppings on it on the coffee table, and Shez sprawled out on the couch, sleeping with a slice of pizza on her black Kerplunk! singlet. Tre took 3 Panadols then his headache was gone in about 10 minutes. He turned the TV on and the only thing on was cartoons, but nothing was stopping Tre from watching them.
About an hour later, Shez woke up to see Tre lying on the ground watching a children's cartoon. Typical Tre, she thought. She asked him "What are you watching?" Tre quickly turned the TV off.
"Hey, I was watching that!" Shez joked. Tre asked,
"Uh...Say, would you like to move in? There's enough room..."
"Damn right there is," Shez butted in. "Sure, I was waiting for you to ask. I'll have to go pick up my stuff from the squat later. 'Cause now..." she sat down next to Tre and gave him a long kiss to say "I love you."
