Punk Doll, chapter 6
The doorbell rang and Min scurried over to it and opened it. Tre stood there, with his cutest grin, and bouquet of pretty lillies.
"Aww! Tre you're so cute!" Min said, both of them blushed. She welcomed him into her home.
"Please forgive the mess, Tink is a slob...Okay no she isn't, it's just me." Tre laughed. He thought Min was funny.
"I'm a slob too. Adrienne is gonna get on my case sooner or later for leaving their house a mess. Billie says I leave more of my junk there than his kids do!"
They both started to laugh. Tre's face got serious all of the sudden.
"You look really pretty tonight." he said. Min blushed.
"Thanks, so do you!" Min said laughing. Tre laughed too and said,
"Oh I know, I'm so beautiful." he batted his eyelashes a little.
"I'll be right back." Min said bounding into her kitchen to put the lillies in some water. She glanced around. Nothing...nothing, no vases no nothing. Then she spotted a large Rockstar energy drink can. She filled it with water and shoved the lillies in there. 'Haha. Rockstar style!' she thought. Then she grabbed her purse and she and Tre walked out to his car.
In the car, immediatly Tre popped in Jimmy Eat World. They started to sing to it, and seriously rock out in there. In Chow's Min had to help Tre order something he wasn't going to hate. They did a lot of laughing.
"Ok Tre, this is a Korean appetizer." she said pointing at a bowl of rice, and another bowl full of dried seaweed wafers.
"This is what you do, take the seaweed, and fold it over some rice and pop it in your mouth. I've been eating this ever since I was born. Try it." Min said, demonstrating by folding the seaweed over the rice, and eating it. Tre scrunched his nose up.
"It looks nasty." he said, picking up a paper-like seaweed wafer and holding it between his fingers. Min cocked her head to the side and rested it on her hand.
"Just try it." she said. Tre reluctantly folded some rice in it, and popped it in his mouth making a face.
"So...how is it?" Min asked. Tre wrinkled his nose up again.
"Actually, it was good!" he said. They both laughed. Seaweed really isn't that bad.
"So, I want to know a little more about you." Tre said. Min smiled.
"Well, my full name is Min-Su Park, and I was born is Seoul South Korea, and we moved to California when I was 2. My father is half Korean, his father was French, and that's probably how I got my blue eyes." she began
"Well they're really pretty." Tre said, pushing some of her long red bangs out of her eyes. Min blushed
"Well, this isn't exactly considered pretty in Korea." she said. "Ok, back to you." Tre said. Min smiled.
"Well, my hair is actually traditional Asian black, but I dye it red, just in case you were wondering. I've been playing drums ever since 6th grade band. I am 27 years old, and I speak fluent Korean. uhm...what else..." She thought a while.
"I've liked Green Day ever since Kerplunk, I used to think Mike was the hottest member until I turned 20, then I was stuck on you." She blushed a little. So did Tre.
"Ooh look, here comes the food." Tre said. As they ate, Min persuaded Tre to try some of her Kim Chi.
"Ok, Tre, this is Kim Chi. It's cabbage, kinda like sauer kraut. It's very popular in Korea." Tre wrinkled up his nose again.
"It smells funny." he said. Min laughed.
"That's a common opinion among Americans." She said
Tre took a small scoop of it, and put it in his mouth.
"Ugh, no." Tre said with a sour look on his face. Min laughed.

"Tre! This is freaky!" Min said covering her eyes. They were in the theater watching "Live Freaky Die Freaky".
"Uh, hence the name." Tre said holding her close to comfort her.
"Billie's voice sounds really creepy." She said, shivering.
"Ooh look! My part's coming up next!" Tre said. Min giggled. Tre spoke along with his own part, which made her giggle more.
"Uhm, how many times have you seen this?" Min asked. Tre looked at her.
"Uh, actually this is my first time since the premiere party." Min smiled.
"I dont like this. It's freaky." Min said. Tre looked at her with a devious look on his face.
"You know what? Teenagers never watch the movie." Min looked at him, smiling.
"I know." She said
"Everyone always says that I'll be forever 13, cuz that's what I act like."
"I know." Min said again smiling wider
"Do you wanna act like a teenager?" Tre asked
Min nodded. "Sounds like fun."
Then bam, they were glued to each other by the mouth.
