Not Everything Will Go To Plan, chapter 6
Emma and Billie Joe walked hand in hand back to the apartment, they opened the door and they heard a group of people shout "SURPRISE"
An hour later...
Billie Joe was now just tipsy; he was dancing with Emma and Tre. They were about 20 people there, which was enough for the apartment. Emma went to the kitchen leaving Billie Joe and Tre dancing, she went to get a drink; she looked out of the window and saw Mike in the garden she opened the back door and sat next to him.
"Hey Mike are you ok?"
"Um yeah... I think so" he wiped his eyes dry and turned to look at Emma.
Emma face fell and she said "I am really sorry about the other night and that Billie Joe isn't really speaking to you"
"It's my fault because I love you Emma and I took advantage of you, we are still friends... right?"
Emma smiled and gave Mike a hug and as he put his head on his shoulder he just broke down into tears.
Emma looked up and saw Billie Joe stood there supported by Tre, as Billie Joe was out of it.
"You bastard Mike she is mine, not yours" he managed to slur out.
Tre said to Mike "What's happened now?"
"Nothing I'm just upset and Emma came out to see if I was ok as we are friends" said Mike
Billie Joe stumbled over to Emma and sat on her lap, Emma was laughing at him.
Billie Joe whispered in her ear "I love you and I don't want to lose you"
Emma whispered back "I love you too ok?"
Mike got up and walked down the street Tre ran after him.
"Hey wait up Mike" he ran to him, Mike has longer legs so he has to run to keep up with him.
"Hey you do know that they love each other to much to spilt up?" he looked at Mike.
He could see tears in his eyes.
"It's not fair, I saw her first and introduced her to Billie Joe, I love her and I can't help it.
Tre stopped Mike by putting his hand on Mike's shoulder.
"We should go out and find some girls for us don't think about her, she's your best friend and always will be"
Mike smiled for the first time in two days and wiped his eyes with his sleeve "lets go get some girls" he grinned.
