A, B, C, D, E, F, Green Day, chapter 10
It was the day before Adie was going to meet Billie Joe. And for some reason Katie was totally cool with it all.
She asked herself if it had to do with all the things that Billie Joe had said. Then again she didn't want to ruin the wonderful feeling.
Ever since last night Katie had been feeling bold. So she decided to do something she would never have thought of before Billie Joe had said that he loved her. She decided to walk in on Bilie Joe in the bathroom just for the heck of it.
When Tre heard her idea he said, "Go for it girl! It will really surprise him and it would be just plain funny to watch," he yelled in her ear.
So she did it and was suprised to see Billie waiting for her at the door. He grabbed a hold of her waist and pulled her in. Kissing her softly on the neck all the while.
"You know how loud Tre talks. I heard the whole thing and I like the idea," Billie Joe laughed as he pulled his Clash shirt on over his head.
"Yeah so did I. That's why I'm here after all. Plus I wanted to ask you something about last night when you were drunk. Do you remember what you told me?" she asked seriously.
"Yeah I remember some of it. Like when I told you how hott you looked at three in the morning. I meant that you know. Though you look pretty damn good right now. Thing is though I have to warn you. Never trust a rocker, espesically a drunk one. 'Cause I love you, but the thing is I'm not big on realtionships, but let's make it last while it lasts," Billie Joe said, slipping his tongue into her mouth for a full on kiss.
"I already knew that much about you. People like you can be free spirits, besides I'm used to things like that now. I can take anything because I know that I love you. Plus you didn't look too bad yourself at three this morning," she said after a moment before kissing him again.
The two didn't leave the bathroom for awhile till it was a bit past one. And since this was the last day before the big night they were going to paint the town red.
"I forgot to mention that my friend Adi is going to crash the party so tell the guys in black not to kick her out. She's a go friend and to tell you she is a charmer. She's a huge fan so she'll go nuts when she sees you. I'm just warning you to be nice," Katie mentioned when the band showed up at Gilman's to play their latest gig.
"Sounda like my kind of girl," Tre yelled as they entered.
