A, B, C, D, E, F, Green Day, chapter 15

Taking the request to heart, she joined him on the soft bed. She looked around the room, breathing in the scent of the scattered papers and the sight of Billie.
The only light in the room was that of the moon peaking through the blinds of the window. It was at its most beautiful, the time right before it begins to go down so that the sun can take its place in the sky.

She leaned against Billie and felt him moving close as if to smell the scent of her hair. Though he began to kiss her softly at first. Then he put more soul into each small kiss he placed on her delicate skin. They slightly tickled and brought a memory to her mind. That of her brother.

Whenever Katie had been low or in the dumps, her brother, Nate, would tickle her till she was rolling on the floor laughing. That was until the day of the car crash.

She didn't want to think of that day. She pulled herself back to here and now. Putting her passion into a final kiss before it happened.

Katie didn't notice the time on the clock until it was well past 5am. Who knew you could have so much fun in only 4 hours?

She looked at Billie sleeping next to her. The sun had come up slightly and was already shining on his face. She laughed slightly as she whispered softly in his ear, "I love you."

As if he had heard her in his sleep, Billie squeezed her hand tightly in his own.

She got up, leaving Billie to his sleep and crept softly down the stairs. She reached the kitchen to find nothing the fridge, but some beer and a moldy thing that looked like a pear.

"I already looked. I think it is an ancient pear from the times of my parents," someone said behind her. Katie turned around, startled to see Adie sitting at the table.

"You know you shouldn't do that. You scared me. Think, if I wasn't here you wouldn't have had that awesome night," Katie said, joining her.

"Point taken. If you had died like I thought, I wouldn't have had so much fun at kicking Mike's butt at x-box," Adie laughed.

"Speaking of Mike, where did he go?"

"After I beat level 13 he fell asleep, and Tre passed out on the floor right after you went upstairs to sleep. Though, like I said, you wouldn't get much sleep. I heard the floor upstairs creaking," Adie said, knowingly.

"Yeah I guess, but it was worth it," Katie laughed.

She had missed the times like these when she would just sit and talk with Adie about stuff. Her thoughts were cleared by the sound of someone walking around.
