The next morning Katie woke up to find Billie Joe still asleep on top of her. Mike was still up playing on the x-box and Tre was dead on the floor.
It seemed much hadn't changed since she had fallen asleep at three that morning.
She took a look at the clock and noticed that it was well past eleven. This made her laugh as she took a look at Mike.
It seemed that Mike had been up since he got from the night of fun. His eyes were the size of baseball balls as he started into televison screen. There were already six empty cups of coffee sitting next to him.
"Hey Mike, did you get that hangover yet?" Katie asked, trying not to laugh as Mike turned to face her.
"I've been trying to avoid that horrible thing. Though every so often I barf a little bit, but I turn around and barf on Tre. I've done it a couple of times and he hasn't woken up so I'll keep on doing it," Mike said, quickly turning back to his game.
"Well sounds like you had all the fun without me," Katie heard someone say.
She looked down and saw that Billie Joe was awake. He seemed to be in a good mood so far, but she knew how Billie Joe was. Happy one minute then pissed the next.
"And I take it that you slept well, Billie Joe?" Katie said, moving a little so that Billie's head rested in her lap.
"Oh yeah, it was like Heaven. Being drunk and not waking up to throw up once. The best time I've been drunk yet," Billie Joe said, still looking up at Katie.
"Oh I forgot to tell you. You talk in your sleep too. You were saying stuff like 'Tre get that beer for me and my girl and leave me alone the game's on' It was quit funny. Best time I've watched you drunk," Katie laughed.
"I guess you got me there. Pay back for what I said about you. Funny," Billie Joe said, faking laughing before he ran off to the bathroom.
"You really like that guy. I can tell, but you better be careful. He's a heartbreaker," Mike said out of the blue.
"I know. That's a risk you take every time you fall in love," Katie said before goint to get on some kind of clean clothes.
