It's Something Unpredictable, It's the Time Of My Life, chapter 29
After the delicious dinner both Mike and Jessica ate, Mike drove Jessica to the movies. Both sitting in the darkness of the theatre as they waited for the movie to begin. They both agreed in watching the movie When a Stranger Calls. Jessica sat there beside Mike as she tapped her foot on the ground. She was nervous. She wondered i her and Mike were going to have their first kiss tonight. Yeah they did kiss a few times before but she wanted to kiss him when she was sober not drunk. But she was too nervous.
"You okay?" Mike asked noticing that she was fidgeting a lot.
"Yeah, yeah I'm fine," she lied.
She knew her self she was too shy when it came to dates. Before when she was with Mike it was different, she was drunk. Whenever she was drunk she was very outgoing around guys she liked, in this case it was Mike. But she wasn't drunk she was sober, no hint of alcohol in her system. She hadn't drunk anything that had alcohol today. She didn't even want to smell anything that had alcohol in it because of the fear of puking. She was so drunk yesterday that she had this huge hangover in the morning and was puking also. Though no one in the house knew it. She felt better in the afternoon after taking aspirin to relieve her pain.
Finally the previews of new movies that were soon coming to theatres ended and the actual movie finally began. Jessica tried to forget about being nervous and concentrated on the movie.

"Ha take that!" I said as I shot Tre with a shotgun and killed his player instantly. We were now playing teams. Billie and Tre against me. Yeah it was two against one because I kept killing them all. I was ether really good or they really sucked.
"Come on Tre I thought you were good at this game," I said as I kept playing. I still was talking to Tre on the speaker of the phone.
"I am but it's not like I'm you who plays every day!" Tre yelled. I laughed.
"I don't play this every d- Billie you asshole! You and your damn grenades!" I yelled.
"Ha that's for shooting me with the rocket launcher!" he yelled back.
"DAMMIT!" I yelled again. They both double teamed on me and killed my player.
"Yeah!" I heard both Tre and Billie yell and heard a clapping sound. Most likely they gave each other a high five.
"I hate you two... " I said as I squinted my eyes at the screen. Suddenly my player was right in front of Tre and his player had a rocket launcher. There was no way I could make my player escape. Tre fired the rocket and I just made my player stay in the same spot when something went in front of me and the rocket shot it. I looked at the screen closely and it showed that Billie's player had died.
"Billie? Did you just sacrifice your player for me?" I asked.

As Jessica watched the movie she was ready for something to pop up but she didn't know when it was going to happen. She was holding onto Mike's arm the whole time and as the suspenseful music came on she tightened her grasp. The music then settled again and Jessica let go of Mike's arm. Mike slowly put his arm around her shoulder. Just then something popped onto the big screen, which made Jessica, jump and shield her eyes on Mike's shoulder.
"Is it over?" Jessica whispered to Mike.
"Not yet," he whispered in her ear. Jessica kept her eyes hidden.
"Um okay I think the scary part is over."
"Is it really?" Jessica asked as she slowly looked back at the screen.

Billie still hadn't given me an answer why he killed his player for mine. I didn't want to think too much into it. I played a little longer with Tre and Billie until the batteries of my cordless phone started to die. I said my good-byes to them and exited the game. I put the controllers away and walked to the kitchen just in time for dinner.
"Mmmmm pasta... So when is Jessica coming back?" I asked as I took a seat at the wooden table.
"She said maybe around 10:00 or eleven... " Amanda explained.
Later that night I went straight to bed. There was no point in me staying but because like I said there wasn't much I could do at my house. I wanted to wait for Jessica before I went to bed because I wanted to know how it went. I was so interested; it was like my own little soup opera. But unfortunately I had fallen asleep before then.

Jessica and Mike stood in front of each other by the door. Just shifting their feet and not knowing what to say. They both met each other's eyes and Jessica finally spoke.
"I had a really fun night," Jessica said as she played with her keys in her hand.
"Me too... " Mike said.
They both hadn't noticed that they were both getting closer to each other. Mike decided to go for it and he pressed his lips against hers. Jessica put her arms around his neck as Mike pulled her closer to him. Their first real kiss. The kiss lasted about three minutes before they finally parted.
"Jess you don't know how long I've wanted to do that," Mike whispered.
"Same here... " She said and stared at his beautiful blue eyes. He stared right back at hers and kissed her again.
"Hm... Maybe I should get going inside," Jessica said as they parted. Mike agreed.
"Yeah I should get going too, me and the guys are going to have to wake up early tomorrow for another concert," Mike replied.
"Yeah... Well goodnight Mike," Jessica said and gave him one last kiss on the lips.
"Goodnight." Mike watched as Jessica opened the door and went inside. Mike punched a hand in the air. "Yes!" He yelled in happiness and ran towards the car. He was so happy he could scream. He got in the car and drove off back to the hotel. After parking the car he walked into the hotel and into the elevator to the hotel room.
"How far did you get?!" Tre asked excitedly when Mike entered the hotel room.
"What?" Mike asked.
"Did you too make out in the theatre?" Billie asked as he wagged his eyebrows. Mike cocked up an eyebrow.
"Mike and Jessica sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" Tre and Billie sang. Mike rolled his eyes.
"You're such pricks!" Mike said as he tackled them down, which started them to wrestle each other. Billie put Mike in a headlock.
"Come on admit it! You love her!" Billie said giving him a few tugs. Mike pulled Billie's arms causing him to be thrown to the ground. Tre jumped on Mike's back causing him to fall flat.
"ADMIT IT!" Tre demanded. Mike pushed Tre off of him and ran off.
"Hey come back here!" Both Tre and Billie yelled.
