It's Something Unpredictable, It's the Time Of My Life, chapter 37
I sat in the passenger seat while Tre drove and Billie and Mariah sat in the back. It felt really awkward with Billie near me, and Tre so close. I could feel the guilt again getting stronger. I took a deep breath. This was supposed to be a fun night nothing else.
"So where are we going?" I asked, breaking the silence that lurked in the car.
"This cool place that I passed by, I think it was called Laser Quest," Tre replied.
"Really?! I love that place!" I yelled excitedly.
"What's Laser Quest?" Both Billie and Mariah said together as they both cocked up an eyebrow.
"It's kind of like hide and seek tag but with laser guns," I explained. "We have to shoot with the laser guns at each other and that way we get points."
"So it's kind of like paint ball right?" Mariah asked. I nodded.
"Yeah pretty much the same thing," I said. After a few minutes Tre drove into the parking lot and parked at the closet park.
"Time to shoot each other kiddies," Tre announced. We all nodded and got out of the car.
We walked to the entrance and towards the counter. Tre and Billie paid for the tickets and we all got geared up and also were given our guns. We walked to the entrance of the arena where we would be playing against some other people. I ran off away from the group and in a corner in the dark where no one could see me. I sneaked across the room only to be shot by a laser by someone. It was too dark to be able to see anyone. I shrugged and walked behind a small fort. I peeked through the right and noticed some figures moving around.
"Hm... " I hummed to myself. Suddenly a hand went over my mouth. I tried to scream but I was sure no one would hear me so I tried to brake free.
"Calm down," Tre said and laughed. I cocked up and eyebrow as Tre released me. I turned around and immediately punched him on the arm. "Ow! What was that for?!"
"Don't you ever do that again! You know I've been jumpy lately... " I said and frowned.
"Oops, Steph I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you... I wasn't thinking about... you know," Tre whispered. I smiled.
"It's okay, just don't do that especially in a dark place," I demanded.
"Yes ma'am!" He saluted and smiled sweetly.
"Okay so what you sneaked up on me for?" I asked.
"You and me team up to get Mariah and Billie," he said with a sneaky smiled.
"I like that idea," I smiled evilly.
"Alright! Let's go!" Tre yelled excitedly and rolled to the other side and started singing the Mission Impossible theme song. I laughed and followed close by.
Mariah crawled on the floor in order not to be seen and lay her back against a short wall that hid her. She peeked through her right side and saw me and Tre running across the arena. She looked back quickly in order not to be seen. Suddenly she felt a hand on her shoulder, she jumped.
"Mariah, it's me... " Billie whispered.
"Oh my God... you scared the shit out of me... " Mariah whispered as she held her chest.
"Sorry I was hiding away from Tre and Steph, apparently they have join forces," Billie explained while keeping an eye out.
"Really?" Mariah said. "Damn now we're going to lose... "
"Not if we join forces," Billie smiled. Mariah smiled back and didn't break eye contact. Mariah leaned forward and slowly and lightly kissed Billie on the lips. She jumped back.
"Uh I um... sorry... I uh... " Mariah stuttered and blushed. Billie smiled and pressed his lips aggressively against Mariah's. She was shocked but slowly closed her eyes. Billie cupped her face with his hand and pulled her closer with his arm that went around her back. Billie moaned as he licked Mariah's bottom lip, wanting entry of his tongue in her mouth.

"Tre... I don't see them... " I whispered loudly across the arena only to be hit by a laser from a stranger that was playing too. "Ah fuck!" I yelled loudly.
"What?" Tre asked as he came running.
"Nothing, I just been lasered," I whispered.
"Damn this would have been more better if we only got our very own arena... " Tre said.
"Learn to share," I joked. Tre laughed.
"My mom never taught me to share," he said and crossed his arms.
"Yeah, yeah... " I rolled my eyes and shot Tre with the laser. "Yay! I got one point!" I yelled excitedly.
"Hey! What the hell?" Tre said with a smile. I stuck my tongue out at him and ran passed him. "Oh this means war!" Tre yelled and ran after me while shooting at me with the laser gun.
"Ah! Tre I thought we were allies!" I yelled and ran to my right.
"You betrayed me though!" He yelled back and turned right also, almost tripping in the process. I dived behind a fort in order to get away. Catching my breath, I peeked behind the fort to see Tre looking both ways.
"Shit where'd she go... " He cussed. I laughed under my breath and crawled to the next fort only to spot something in the distance. I squinted my eyes to see Mariah and Billie.
"Psst! Tre!" I whispered really loudly. "Come over here!"
"Ha! Couldn't hide from me long, huh?" He said and walked over and sat beside me behind the fort.
"No, look," I said and moved his head in the direction of Billie and Mariah with my hands.
"HOLY SHIT! THEY ARE PRACTICLY TAKING EACH OTHER'S CLOTHES OFF-" I immediately put my hand over Tre's mouth.
