Worry Rock, chapter 6
Mike opened his eyes to find himself in a white room with a strange bleeping of some sort he sat up. The pain came again but this time it shot up his back like some one stabbing him with a knife. Mike lay back down and fell asleep. Moments later he was awoken by a new noise snoring, soft snoring annoying snoring, he sat back up and said.
“ Who ever is there come out “
“ Ok, ok don’t shoot .� Came a mocking voice.
Mike looked down at the floor only to find Billie Joe laid there smiling with his eyes still closed.
“ Billie Joe what are you doing here and were am I ?�
“ You’re in hospital you jackass ! “
“ Oh haha very funny how did I get here then?� Billie Joe sat thinking for a while and finally said.
“ An old lady called me on my phone and said that she had found you lying at the bottom of her daughters stair case, what where you doing there anyway ?�
“ Long story you see I met this girl and..�
“ Ah I see there always a girl involved some where and I bet she kidnapped you took you to her house broke your leg and then you tried to run away but fell over and broke your other leg.� Mike looked blankly at Billie who sat there smiling away like mr know it all.
“ Yes that’s exactly what happened “ Just then an old lady came into the room.
“ Hello Mike I’ am Mrs Philips I found you in my daughters hallway screaming like a little girl. Billie at this point was laughing his big Know it all head off. Mrs Philips looked coldly at Billie.
“ Believe me if it were you I found you would be dead by now. Anyway my daughter Mary Phillips is ill I mean mentally ill she has this obsession over you Mike and she thinks you love her. She also like to kill people and get rid of friends just like she got rid of Tre.�
“ And how did she do that “ Mike questioned.
“ She….She….. she killed her own farther and put his body in the hotel where Tre is staying so it looks like he killed him instead of her.� Billie just stared at her.
“ What have I got some thing on my face ? “ Mrs Phillips said to a very confused Billie Joe.
“ And by the way Billie “ She paused “ Your next!! “ She pointed at Billie Joe with a long bony finger .
“ But what about Tre?� Mike said cutting in.
“ I told the police they took my story then I bought him a cookie and took him back the hotel. “
“ So every thing is ok now?� Mary walked in to the room.
“ Hello Mike�
“ Who ever is there come out “
