Warning, chapter 2
What did Billie ment with "the next colour is red?" I thought by myself as I laid in my bed that night. I thought of the whole day, Tré being happy for his rose.. It was only a rose anyway. The practise was done well, without Tré being angry cause he didn't get a pen and something to write on. What a thing being angry for.. There was always Tré, Tré, Tré.. Billie was normal, but I started thinking of it by myself. Tré was kind off retarted. I had to decide what side to be on. I couldn't let Tré down.. Or atleast, I could never kill him. But I couldn't let Billie down either, we'd been friends for the last 22 years. "I'll think of it tomorrow," I told myself and fell into sleep.
"Ah!" I said as I woke up. I'd had a weird dream that night. Something about roses in different colour's, but I couldn't remember it now.
I sat down in the sofa drinking coffee when the doorbell ringed. The door opened and Billie entered the hall. "Mikey, how nice to see you." Billie smiled and sat down beside me. "Is Tré coming over tonight?" he said, still smiling. "Uh.. I don't know," I replied honestly. "Maybe we should invite him," Billie said, looking down. "Billie, can we talk about this?" I said. "Talk about what?" he replied. "Talk about.. Well you know, Tré." "Yeah, what about him?" "Well.. He's always been retarted it some way. I mean.. It isn't that bad. We don't have to.." I stopped. I didn't know why, but I couldn't say it. "Kill him, Mike?" Billie said, looking at me. "Yeah. Kill him." I replied. "But he has changed. He hate us. He hate everybody. He can't stop talking about himself and how perfect HE is." "Well.. You've got a point, but.." "There is no but. I'm gonna kill him, with or without you.. But you wont let me do this alone, will you?" he said, laying his hand on my shoulder and looked in my eyes with puppy eyes. "No," I said. "Ofcourse not." Billie smiled. "You know Tré's never been this bad.. And nothing can change him. But we'll make it up to him, don't forget that we're his bestfriends. We wont let him down. We'll start with the colours.."
