All You've ever wanted, chapter 1
*Hannah and Tabbie*
"Are Posters gonna be all we have of them?" Hannah asked Tabbie, staring at the picture of Tre' Cool in her apartment.
"I dont know! Thank god we saved enough money to get backstage passes to meet them...again," Tabbie replied.
"That first time was amazing, before they actually got famous....God, we were only 18 then, them, too...." Hannah reminisced, her voice trailing off.
"And after Nimrod, they stopped calling," Tabbie ended.
Sighing, Hannah went to her Keppsake box. She was 32, and, like Tre', acted a hell of a lot younger, as did Tabbie, at times. She pulled out the last letter Tre' ever sent her. It was as normal as all the letters before, but he had signed it by writing "Goodbye, My love" and Hannah had been estatic, since she loved him so much. Hannah kept writing, and had sent a letter last week, saying they got backstage passes to the concert tonight.
"God, let them still care," Hannah mumbled before breaking down, sobbing.
*Green Day*
"Guys, I got a letter from Hannah!" Tre exclaimed to Billie Joe and Mike.
"What does it say?" Mike and Billie asked enthusiastically.
Tre ripped it open and quickly skimmed through it, his facial expression changing with each sentence.
"Read it aloud, Tre'!" Billie said, anxiously.
Tre sighed and began. "Dear Tre', well, it's Hannah. I hope you all are okay. Well, of course you're okay, you're ontop of the world now. You're so famous, you think you can ignore your old friends and never write back. Right, so you don't care I cry myself to sleep every night. Alright, sorry, I sound really mean, I'm just hurt. I loved you. See you at the concert in five days. We have backstage passes. If you still care about us, maybe we can all go out afterwards. From -Hannah," he ended.
Billie and Mike looked shocked.
"You stopped writing to her?" Billie asked, astonished.
"I never had the time!" Tre cried, tears springing to his eyes.
"Oh geez, no wonder you had such shitty marriages," Mike mumbled.
Tre got an angry glint in his eye. "Whats that supposed to mean?" he asked.
"Don't take it personally, but you ruined your one true love, it looks like."
Tre shook his head and, at the same time, Billie Joe nodded. Tre looked at him, shocked.
"What?"
*Hannah and Tabbie*
Hannah was listening to her MP3 player, singing, staring at her multiple Green Day posters.
"Now I cannot speak, I lost my voice, I'm speechless and redundant cuz I love you's not enough, I'm lost for words," she sang.
"Hannah, I know you love Tre, but don't you hate him for what he did to you?" Tabbie asked.
"Yeah...but love is stronger than hate," Hannah sighed.
"Let's go down to Starbucks," Tabbie said.
"Okay. I'm in the mood for an Orange Mocha Frappuccino," Hannah agreed.
Tabbie sighed. "Tre' got you addicted to those, didn't he?"
Hannah smiled slightly and sighed. The two best friends walked out of their apartment and to their car, and drove off.
*Green Day*
"Tre, are you sure you don't want o come to Starbucks?" Billie Joe asked, concerned.
"Positive. Just bring me back an Orange Mocha Frappuccino," Tre mumbled, face buried in a pillow on the couch.
Billie and Mike sighed and walked out to the limo and drove off.
*Hannah and Tabbie*
Hannah and Tabbie heard the door open and close behind them as Tabbie told the cashier her order.
"And what name should I put on the cup?" he asked.
"Tabbie," she replied, bored.
"And I'll have an orange mocha frapppuccino. My name's Hannah," Hannah told the cashier, her eyes distant, thinking of Tre'.
They heard two voices whispering behind them, but they paid and moved on. Hannah and Tabbie turned the corner to the pick up. Hannah was still thinking about Tre.
"I wonder how good Tre' is at putting on make-up..." Hannah wondered aloud.
Tabbie laughed and rubbed her friends arm.
"Tre's probably very good at putting on make-up. I cannot believe we put eyeliner on them one time and they start doing it every day," Tabbie said
"Order for Tabbie?" the guy behind the counter said. Tabbie grabbed her drink. Hannah's eyes were still distant.
"Hannah, stop thinking about Tre!" Tabbie said.
"It is you!" they heard an oh too familiar voice behind them.
"Are Posters gonna be all we have of them?" Hannah asked Tabbie, staring at the picture of Tre' Cool in her apartment.
